Good idea, will add it to our list. Also: Update 1.09 is live! iPad2 and Mini1 are working well now. Just want to say one last sorry to those players, for the bumpy launch, and thanks for being super helpful and cool about it. Enjoy the game
Sorry that happened. With the way resume works, theoretically this should not be possible and this is the first report we have ever had of this...thanks for reporting. When the game crashes you should resume in the same spot, so this is concerning. Can you email [email protected] so we can ask you a few questions, etc? Our new update optimizes the game significantly, so they should be rare at this point . We will be monitoring any remaining crashes post 1.09, and addressing them as fast as possible.
You are definitely right, more card options means better chances of sequences! That being said, for fun some time try spear of light followed by a backflip.
I gotta say I really like the new increase in speed. So much quicker to upgrade my decks. Thanks so much for giving us the option.
Ditto. This last update really did speed "Fast Animations" up. Oh, that's odd, I just noticed on my iPad Pro, I only see a right arrow when selecting a deck. I can still freely scroll right and left through the decks, but I distinctly recall there being both a left and right arrow to individually step through the decks.
The latest patch seems to have reduced card texture quality on my iPhone SE. Prior to this patch, the card details were crisp and legible. It's now quite blurry
So, I posted this on the forums a week or so ago, and got an immediate and genuinely concerned reply from the developer, which was fantastic, by the way. What is even better is the patch that went live today, changed the dynamics of that particular battle to prevent "stalemates." Holy cow, that's what I call customer service! Nice job, guys (gender neutral version used here); and a big thank you.
I realize the permutations are many - but with the latest update, the Feygull vs Paladin battle was all but stalemated. It is the card that spawns 7 back cards that made it so difficult. I had cleanse and upgraded class skills, among others. I stood no chance of dying as I could erase poison, and had dozens of armor points towards the end for any physical damage. Slowly, slowly, burning through the deck (what seemed like) dozens of times, I was gradually able to whittle away the back cards despite the one-step-forwards-two-steps back nature of the spawn-seven-cards gambit. Just thought you might want to know. I have no suggestions, as there are so many other classes, so many ways to stack your items and skills, and after all, the match DID end... eventually.
So I had to see what the game was all about! I hit that buy button! I love the production values on this game! It's a really awesome mash up of genres. I'm really enjoying the game! Billy
Nice. Gonna give this a try. I was doing something similar and it always carried me to high levels but never got me past the hump. Plus it's great fun to use. First I'd use Strategy to turn all front cards to defense cards. Then Thunder Shock to to turn all those defense cards into a stun and stun him for 7 turns. The highest amount of stuns I had on him was 11 one time. Then I'd use Alchemy to turn all the cards that Thunder Shock caused to be barren to gold. Finally Overwhelm to clear all the gold cards. The only issue was saving up all the energy to unleash the 4 combo. I'd always make sure to buy rings and whatnot that let me start with more energy in at the least, attack and agility since those skills use the most energy.
Finally beat Stuck for the first time with Monk. Definitely my favorite class. I did lose once and had a revive but I got luckier the second time. Imo stuck should slow down on the add 7 cards. There's not much defense against that except stun but the cards will still come. He was spamming it so much and I was doing really well but I couldn't keep myself protected for that long with the evolving sword attack. He basically was using it every 3 turns. You'd have to get a lot of good matches to offset that. Also the battles took on average 30 minutes thanks to the add 7. I do understand he's supposed to a little op but i hate it when the enemy just stalls the game constantly. I got 20 special currency from fighting him for so long.... Btw I love this game
So, what's the deal with "Barrel of Dynamite?" Its description states: "Cards of most numerous type become bombs." When this card pops, I always burn away similar cards so every card is different. However, it ALWAYS turns 3 cards into bombs; cards that are completely different...
Not sure I've noticed that^ I did start a battle with 4 bombs in the front row today though! So does anyone have any Rogue tips? I hate that deck. My reduced cost swift strike with plenty healing just isn't cutting it. The gold trick isn't either. I've cleared it with warrior, wizard and paladin without much trouble (or even fully tricking out two of them) but man... Rogue sucks for me. On to monk I guess.
Rogue is one of those decks that starts out hard! Ensure your first buy is the Alchemy spell and horde as much gold as possible. It's a bit of a gamble from there as you must buy defense and I got the green sequence magic too. Beat Rogue on my 3rd try
Wow that's impressive. Yeah, gold is never an issue with rogue. I just can't seem to figure out the optimal build.
Any way to save a game? I guess I can leave the app open but would prefer not letting it run in the background if I know I won't play for several hours.
