I typically don't like these sorts of pick up and play games although I did finally come around on Tilt To Live and thought SQH was fun until it got a tad boring after a week. Tried the flash version and this seems very good but does it get boring quickly? The $2.99 price tag seems worth it based on reviews but I don't want a flash in the pan type game that will get boring quickly. P.S., FWIW I also tried the flash version of Canabalt and wasn't overly impressed but this just seems better.
You could try running your phone in Airplane mode. I'm not experiencing any lag with this game, but turning off WiFi caused Super Quickhook to be lag-free for me.
I find I usually lose because unluckily I land where there is a jump. Just got 270 mil, 2 mil off my high score >:I
wanted a pricedrop first too but then i bought it it is a very nice game ( so e.g. take doodle jump getting high scores takes a lot of time , here you can archieve higher scores only with skill , so you can get 11.000.000 in 5 minutes but also in 2 )
Is Solipskier more playable on iPad? A friend of mine told to me that on iPad there is "the real Solipskier", but I don't know (and I haven't iPad )... P.s. My friend lives far from me, I can't try his iPad.
Oh my God. I just got over 30 million, my previous high score was a little over 6 million. My score is nothing compared to the top of the leaderboards, but still...that was a freaking awesome experience. This game rocks!
No, me too. I also get the issue of my finger slipping off the side of the screen as I'm trying to move my thumb/finger as far to the right as possible. This causes a gap in the slope and my character plumits to his death. A little dissapointed with this. A setting to adjust the possision of the arrows would resolve this though... please dev, if you're listening.
Tried the flash version, and fell in love in it. Unfortunately, I'm out of cash right now, would either wait for a price drop or something. Ughhh it's killing me not to get this.

I'd say no, suprisingly. Although it's no less playable. Only saying this as so far I've been building up my best scores more or less equally on both devices. My current best was set on the iPad tho.
i don't bitch about the price now, iphone games are cheap anyway, but for that price point there should be at least some help or description of the game. why and when multiplier resets for example. options would be nice addition too.
This game is absolutely incredible. The sensation of speed it gives you is probably the crassest thrill I've experienced in a video game, ever. Just got 39 mil, which is nothing compared to some of the folks on the leaderboards, but it made me feel as if my head was going to pop off. Awesome. Insanely great.
Why isn't solipskier on the top 200 apps :0? If everybody likes it so much it should be at least in the top 50.
