The rider in the far lane is "scrubbing" the jump. He lifts the front end over the jump to stay low and then jump over all the little jumps.

The rider on the yellow bike is "seat bouncing" the jump to go higher and farther. The yellow indicator in the lower left shows how much lift is added.

Here is a video of the tutorial that comes with the game that shows 4 different riding techniques used by professional MX racers. These are just short demo tracks, the real tracks are shown in the trailer in the first post.

Pleasantly surprised by this one! I was a little suss at first as it looks a lot like the moto games from miniclip.. thought it was a scam (sorry dev)

But this is really good.. the physics are fantastic. It looks really nice and sounds great too. And to get three stars on a level is hard! So there is replay value in trying to achieve the perfect run.

If Im correct its free with no ads. But you get two levels in each category, the 125, 250 and 500. To unlock all levels it's AUD $1.49 for each category, but then everything is unlocked..
It's like a lite version you initially download.. and if you like it you can pay for the rest.

My only gripe is that to replay a level you need to delete your time from that level and start it again.. it would be great to just be able to start a level without that step.

    Other than that, Highly recommended!

Glad you like it. That’s what I was hoping, that people would try to get 2 or 3 stars and not just move on to the next track. The 1 star opponents are fairly easy so no one would get stuck on a level.

    Yes that’s correct.

Deleting your time isn’t necessary. You can restart as many times as you want in the game with the restart button at the top right, or pick an opponent in the list of riders before you start the game. The delete button was added so if for some reason you wanted to delete it you could.

    Thanks!

I think I know whats happening. The first time you go a track, you are automatically racing the 1 star opponent. If you win, the next time you go to that track, you are shown a list of opponents that you can choose to race against.

I will try to come up with something better in the next version.
