i read somewhere but forgot, I can switch cats after Island 3 by completing cat's quests, I'm on Island 4 now but HOW, anyone?!!!!
On mine, there was an event where i talked to the cat captain about an acorn appraiser and after completing the quest (iirc, defeat one of the raptor types) the acorn appraiser joins the team.
For the sap, notice when viewing more there's an easy lumber quest, but it says it's not available. The drop rate for the sap there is mid. So I'm guessing, since it's a soft launch, they're probably trying to slow our process so we don't get too far ahead when its launched globally. Therefore I imagine the easy quest with the higher drops will be available then.
I hope that is the case. If not, it pretty much one of their money making tactics... Cutting off portions of the game in hopes of players shelling big bucks for them
Cant... An exclamation point showed up on one of the map blips while i was trying to complete all the day and night stages. Maybe it requires you to have completed the island a certain percentage. Im at 100% on the first 3 islands so no way for me to check now.
Does anyone else think Heavy Bowguns are the weakest in terms of solo potential in MHXR? Long unsheathe animation, slow interval between shots, and long cooldowns on each shot for dodge cancelling. On top of that, the charged shot is VERY slow, and does nothing if released/interrupted before it maxes out. Am i missing anything regarding the HBG?
in MHXR 3.0, I think 3 Zinogre HBG paired with a supportive lightning boosting Hunter art is the go to for multiplayer. On its own, hbg is pretty subpar.
I can definitely see the potential of HBG in multiplayer, but very underwhelming on solo. Thanks for confirming.
Hi! I'm thinking about upgrading my phone soon & wanted to pick iPhone. And since I'm MH fan - I want to pick one that will run MHXR smooth & nice. So my question is - will iPhone 5s be enough, or I should pick 6/6s? It's just that iPhone 6/6s is bit pricey in my country, so I would REALLY prefer to pick iPhone 5s (if it runs MHXR without any problems). Any of you playing it (or played Japanese version) on iPhone 5/5c/5s? Any problems? Thanks in advance!

What is the ideal atk and def for HARD mode daily scheduled event that drop 3* armor I got almost 700atk and 600def, tried solo and don't even stand a chance
