Thanks for the kind words everyone, it's awesome when people love something you've put a lot of effort into! The team at Fuzzy Logic are very appreciative. A lot of you seem to like the personality we've tried to add into the defenders. For us that was important as it helps everyone understand why they move like the do (or why the Hardman wants to punch you!) We have a lot of Defender videos which introduce them. That's just it, though. The personality is THE thing that makes this game so intriguing, and I would suspect ultimately enjoyable. With so many "flat" gaming experiences out there, the care you've taken to build a backstory and rationale for the defenders is what will make it shine... Oh yeah, and I still say "Hardman." It's Vinnie Jones for cryin' out loud. That's not to say that "The Shield" isn't also good. I mean, as we all know, every team is made better by having a Makélelé on the field... DBC

I followed your thread now a long time and i like this Game and his style of cartoon looking player. Nice strategy and cool kits and awesome power shots. The game looks pretty solid by now, and I think soccer fans will like it, specially in Europe! To be honest there is still some room for improvement though, and I hope you polish things like gravity and some character moves along the way! It's also interesting that it is a step-by-step game; it differentiates from others, and that's pretty good.
@masterwill - thats why there's two prizes @pedrocst - one of the things we tried to do when creating this was to develop something unique, that actually stood out. The fact that we got to do it with soccer was even better as we're massive fans. We'll definitely look to grow the animations and defenders as we go along, just need to hope the fans love it enough to start.
I'd have to say you're more than succeeding at your goal (!) of making this one quite unique, both from a gameplay and personality standpoint. I've gotten pretty jaded with all the me-too soccer games on iOS, but this one has me excited.
Wow... This game has stunning graphics and cool animations. And it's a new game genre(or mix of genres, to put it more accurately) I have never seen before. However, the game looks quite easy-to-play, I hope that it is not so easy in fact, hence more addictive in fact

Wow I'm definitely impressed! As I'm a huge fan of playing soccer both actually and in game (I've been a soccer coach for the past few summers; i love the sport), this game will be a delight to play! The gameplay and graphics from the video look smooth as well, this app has grabbed my attention. The customization costumes for your character was another thing I already love! I must say the music in the video was a nice touch and was well-suited
