As a 2nd gen iPod touch user, I don't have that much to look forward to, but I'm still kind of excited about it. I can't wait to try the folders.
Folders are the only things I want. Too bad you can only fit 12 apps in each (according to some reports).
Can u change the name of folders? I know it automatically names them based on their contents, but can u rename them?
Not me. Not at all. I got me a first gen iPod Touch. Slow as hell, crashes a lot, and frustrating, but I spent my good money on it. Not replacing it for another 2 years or so.
I'm replacing my cracked, horrible, messed up 8 gig 2nd gen tomorrow for a beautiful new, 32 gig 3rd gen so I'm kind of looking forward to iOS4, even though I plan on jailbreaking fairly soon (N64 emulator here I come!!!).
yep cant wait for it, folders are going to rock i wonder did they release what the 7 best features are (in the keynote) or 7 random features?
I got it when it first came out. I've been hanging with it for several years. It was pretty expensive back then, so I'm planning on hanging onto it until the iPhone 7G comes out.
I can't wait for the new OS to come out--I really need the folders since it's hard for me to keep things organized right now. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait a little longer, since I have an iPad. And the new OS won't even be a help at all for my tiny, old 1st Gen Touch...
I'm gonna wait til the day after it comes out, cause the servers will be so clogged it will take a year to update on launch day. Hopefully the iPhone 4 will come out the same day as iOS4 so I have a device to play on while the 3G S awaits the update
Not me. I've got a Touch 2G and I'm perfectly happy with my custom wallpaper/theme, icons, folders and multitasking.
I have a 2nd gen iPod Touch 8gb. Still works fine, so I'll probably wait until Christmas or my Birthday to get the new iPod Touch.
