anyone heard of the online game sword vs sandals? Its really cool! Gameloft should add their 3D-ish graphic touch and it would be great (as long as its under 5 bucks(unlikely))
I can gaurantee you own atleast one gameloft game, secretly everybody does. They need to make a good rpg, the only area they haven't touched yet.
you are forgetting Dungeon hunter, a clone of diablo .. and I would be glad if GL release Dungeon Hunter 2, with the same amount of content of Diablo 2, with an improved and balance gameplay (action vs rpg) ..
Twisted metal with online multiplayer/co-op etc.. That would be awesome! I still would like someone to make Ghost's N Goblins but in the style/perspectives of Resident Evil 4 /Otogi Myth of Demons. That would scare the crap out of some players and I think that game would sell great if done right.
I sure do. I have several of their games actually, but I much prefer their non-knock off games, eg. Terminator Salvation and Real Tennis (it's just a generic tennis game). I don't like Gangstar, Skater Nation, etc. The only exception is Blades of Fury, which is quite enjoyable despite the awful script and voice acting. What I'm trying to say though is they need to invest more on hiring an original script writer or game designer. They have the technology, so why not make something new and unique instead of ripping off existing games? I suppose it's to push the cost down.
A port of Tales of game by Namco; if it's possible on the DS then it's possible on the iPhone. But I guess that will never happen since it's too Japanese for a company like Gameloft.
Fighting Game ala UFC Fighting or Boxing ala Fight Night.... with MCS/NOVA and BIA/GT Racing upcoming they should now concentrate on the "Real Deal" and update their exisiting games with new features, more 3gs enhancements etc. also as DLC possible if it's good enough to pay 4, but i guess they make more money with new sequels than upgrading with DLC-Content
Fire Emblem clone for me. Strategy RPGs are well-suited to iPhone too, so they can't screw it up if they provide a long campaign (~50 chapters) and a proper story. But I think that's a huge demand from Gameloft.
Left 4 Dead Splinter Cell (although they could do an official game since they work with Ubisoft) House of the Dead (we all know SEGA's never going to port this game... all they care about are Sonic and Super Monkey Ball, and a few other Genesis games) Dead Rising (NOT the crappy 2D J2ME one...) Or just have them make a decent horror game. There really are no good ones other than Resident Evil Degeneration, which wasn't even a real horror game.
To be honest, I don't think length has ever exactly been one of Gameloft's strong points. A Fire Emblem clone would be awesome, but I don't think I'd want Gameloft to do it.
-Smash Bros -Twisted Metal -A good Table Tennis Game w/ Multiplayer -NASCAR (Oval Tracks, Stock Cars) -Kirby Air Ride (BA Game )
