My Ipod still looks like it's just out of the packaging but I do suspect apple may make them easily breakable by design, I've never liked the thinness and the glass aspect. Maybe the next few years will bring flexible displays I know Samsung and Sony have already showcased them.

I only have one gadget I consider pretty much unbreakable and that's my g-shock watch I love the fact it has atomic time, solar power and can take pretty much anything you throw at it. I bought it after seeing the gadget show throw them out of helicopters, try to blow them up and a few other crazy tests.

Hope you have more luck with your future gadgets.

Well I got the 3ds and it is very cool offering comprable features plus the retro gaming that I crave I will still be on the Pocketgamer forums and on IGN so I especially like how easy it is to transfer media from the computer to the 3ds it takes like two minutes.

You mean less than 150 MB. Why would you expect it to take any more than 2 minutes? I restored my ipad last night and it took about an hour to sync about 14 GB of data.

I have a second gen iPod touch that still acts like its brand new. I used that thing everyday for so long. I've accidentally dropped it off a two story balcony (more than once i should add..) and it's still kickin. I eventually gave it to my brother when I got my iPhone 4. He says it's still working prefectly.

Sometimes, it honestly just might come down to luck whether it breaks or not if you drop it.

But, I'd have to admit, I'd be pretty upset too if all that crap
happened to my Apple devices :(

I'd be cranky if mine broke that often, but wow you must have seriously bad luck.
My ipod has had everything a 2 year old can throw at it (and throw it at) and it's doing well. My phone is a 3g so getting old now and it's still kicking.
The only problem I have had with anything apple is dead pixels on my mac screen, grrrr.
I think I love the variety of cheap games you can get when you're anywhere and bored too much to ever give up apple.
