I just recently bought a 2G ipod touch cause my 1G broke. I bought that on 8/13 at Best Buy. The new ipod is going to be out on.. 9/9. I'm pretty sure Best Buy allows up to 30 days to return your purchase. Would it be fine if I returned my ipod when the new one comes out? Or would I have trouble. And is it even worth the upgrade? EDIT: Thread should be renamed Should I bother.
http://www.bestbuy.com/olspage.jsp?type=page&contentId=1117177044087&id=cat12098 Exchange and Return Period Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below: * 14 days for computers, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, and radar detectors
You might still be able to return it & pay a 15%-30% restocking fee since your passed the 14 day exchange period. But I would just call them & see, cause there will be plenty if people who bought this month who will want to upgrade if their not used to apples release dates.
Hahaha, I'm plugging TA's sister site MacRumors: http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/ Before buying ANYTHING Apple releated, you've gotta check that out.
Eh. I bought my Touch not too long ago, full well knowing that another version was coming out in September. I'll just wait till the 4G comes out.
