Infinity Blade, by a city mile. As for id vs Epic, I won't go there.

They are both good games, both graphically excel at what they do. Consider that Rage pushes more characters on-screen at any given time than IB--all moving at a smooth clip--and you see just how impressive the tech is. If they were focusing on just 2 characters onscreen (and the resultant AI for just the two characters) it would look even better as they would have more system resources to play with. That said, as things stand now, IB is the better looking game and I enjoy it. I haven't purchased Rage myself so I cannot comment on gameplay.

Rages environments look better to me, while infinity blades characters are really awesome to look at. I like IB setting more, but the constant--badly directed--cinematic cuts irritate me to no end, I think if the camera by default just dated over your shoulder and let you glance around while the character auto-walked I would have been much happier(with the option for the cinematic views also maybe.) Rage on the other hand always kept you in the first person, and had much more engaging gameplay.

I think they are both pretty bad tho in the end, too shallow and lacking in content. They are designed to be pick up and play games, but they are so graphics intensive I would never play them without being plugged into the wall. Rage and IB look like console games, but play like pick up and play, and that discontinuity in the design is the real flaw.

If you are going to push the battery to the limit, give me enough content to justify it. Otherwise I prefer angry birds/fruit ninja type games for my pick up and play fix.
