So, do you like xcode 4.0?

    * Can't sort by name. My projects are getting very disorganized.
    * Seems much less stable (crashes)
    * My computer feels slower now, maybe I'm imagining.
    * It's worse at handling merging project files, always have to close and reload after a get.
    * I liked having a separate and large debugging window.
    * The build errors seem harder to navigate.
    * You can't mark all files with a certain extension as a type, so for every .glsl file I need to change it in order for tabbing to work for me.
    * In an XML file, it likes to autocomplete the number 1. Every time I try to type 1 it insists that I really meant 14 or 15.

    It doesn't feel like it was designed by programmers. Hoping it improves over time and I find more ways to configure it to my liking.

    I don't like the "scheme" stuff but I think it'll be okay in a few days (I need to change my habits ;) ).

    But the code editor is much better in my opinion. I like the fact that you can see errors when typing !

    Normally I would consider that a compliment. ;)

    The interface is confusing and it put my iMac with maximize upgrade to it's knee. Uninstall it if you want to be productive for the time being. I can't do any work on the Xcode 4 right now!

    Solved

    Hey, I had this problem as well, to solve it;

    Open finder and search for 'Activity Monitor'.
    Open Activity Monitor and find iTunes Helper.
    Select iTunes Helper and click 'Quit Process'

    Done! The Xcode installation should now continue. :)
