Video link here: http://www.crunchgear.com/2011/02/03/watch-yesterdays-android-3-0-honeycomb-press-announcement/ I've been thinking to buy a tablet in the next few months, thinking about iPad 2 or Xoom or Playbook running Android 3.0 Honeycomb. After seeing the presentation, it's actually not too bad if you ask me, though I've never used an iPad, and mostly I enjoy my iphone 4. What I am thinking though, I have iphone 4 which allows me to use 95% of the app available on the app store. Now if I buy an android tablet, I could probably get app that are exclusive on the Android market place? Another concern for me with choosing iPad, probably because it's a bigger size iPhone. I am going back to school and i want a tablet to take notes. Seems like Honeycomb has a pretty good UI that developers has lots more control over to their apps, whereas I think apple has too much limitation on the designing aspect on the app. So what do you guys think? Edit: Oh btw, CNN app is amazingly powerful!
I'm torn between the Notion Ink Adam and the Xoom :/ EDIT: But after this I'm definitely leaning towards the Xoom DOUBLE EDIT: That CNN app looks ridiculously awesome.
Oh btw one of the main feature that Android win iOS, is that they support FLASH! Gosh, you won't believe how much TV shows and movies i miss out by my iphone not supporting Flash!
