You're right. You need to lighten up a bit. Relax. Enjoy yourself. Shoot the bull. Have a hot-dog Hors D'oeuvre. They're really tasty!
I might be a bit late to the conversation, but I'm really, REALLY freaking sick of this snow. One more snow day and I think I'm going to go insane. Even with Xbox Live and Netflix, I've been bored out of my mind stuck at home for the past couple of weeks... I mean, it even felt good to go back to school. I'm starting to miss the friends who don't have Xbox Live, and even just going somewhere. So yeah... snow needs to stop. Now.
Yeah it may well be. Regardless of the outcome something is changing over that side of the world. I've just read a BBC News article stating the president of Yemen is now planning to resign in 2013 and has vowed not to pass leadership onto his son. They had a small rally last Thursday apparently, nothing on the same scale but echoing similar feelings from the public. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-12343166
...and back with the AUS thing for a moment, it seems they all survived: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-12351647
I know im coming into this thread kinda late, but i thought that i should add we actually got off school for 2 days (including today) in new mexico. Though we only got like 2 or 3 inches of snow the roads are pretty darn icy so they dont want to run busses.
We got two days off in New England and we had six inches of snow on an inch of ice on black ice just from this storm
Black ice is my worst enemy. A couple weeks ago I crashed my motorcycle going over a humpback bridge because of the damn ice. I went into the wall and almost fell off the freaking bridge, lol.
No days off here in the GTA. Maybe 30cm tops, so we didn't get blasted like some areas, especially areas northeast of here, or swaths of New England. Still, it was a pretty good dumping for less than a day's snowfall. I'm ready for spring now, though.
