If 1 person were to be in 2 or more teams, that will increase his chances of winning. I don't think that will be fair.

I consider it not only unfair to be in 2 or more teams, but chaotic. You're not really being loyal to your partner if you join someone elses team. I'd have 2-3 partners wanting me to do better than I did with the other one and it just screws up. I suggest to you Com2uS that you only allow each player to be in only 1 team.
