I love sniper games, and I don't even mind the free to play crap that most of them are riddled with- when I run out of energy in one game, I just play one of the others! This one is probably the best of the FTP ones too- it has MUCH more variety than most of the others, and it's certainly the best looking of all of them. Of course it doesn't compare to Hitman: Sniper but let's be real for a second here- even that one gets old after a while with only one map. Killshot has been my favorite so far, but this one has the potential to take that honor. It's certainly a crap ton better than the Glu one (Sniper X), and even that one has some fun factor to it. Yeah I wish this was premium, but we all know premium games are becoming more and more sparse in the current landscape. All things considered, I'm a happy camper. Side question- has anyone had any luck connecting with Facebook? Every time I try it just hangs forever. Mr. Charley Well-Known Member Sep 6, 2008 2,575 2 38 #4 Mr. Charley, Dec 2, 2015 Hangs for me as well. Part I hate most is how the blood seems to pool from your butt/back even on a headshot. Damn, one time I even hit a guy in the arm and blood was pooling out his back... Grimstone82 Well-Known Member Jan 3, 2011 594 0 0 Northbrook, IL #5 Grimstone82, Dec 2, 2015 Nah it's definitely a sniper game. There are a bunch of side/assault missions too for grinding (like most other FTP sniper games) but even in those you are stationary. Hitman is one of the only ones that is 100% sniping. It's pretty fun so far and you can't beat the price, no harm in downloading it and trying it out. I just had a headshot bleed from a guys ankle! Hilarious now that you've pointed it out lol. chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,316 7 38 #7 chief78, Dec 2, 2015 If this is any better than Killshot Bravo I'll be happy. That game was more generic than the other crappy sniper games that have released this year (ahem.....the Jason Stathem one). Will be able to give this a spin in a bit. It has the mandatory story missions, sniper missions, and assault missions (the latter 2 give a way to earn cash). I do like the base mode and attacking enemy bases, but wish there was a seperate energy pool for this mode. 10 crappy energy, when those cost 3 a piece and story costs 2 (I believe both assault and sniper missions cost 1), is just not enough to get engaged into this game. I would've also preferred Killshot Bravo's PvP mode where you're sniping people in real-time. The 3 currencies is typical for Gameloft, so I won't even bother barking up that tree.....It's a mixed bag. Definitely not for everyone. Oh, and I didn't realize enemies pee and poop blood when you kill them Lol redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,778 41 48 entepreanur, programmer #12 redribbon, Dec 2, 2015 Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Brettedwards Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2015 75 0 0 #13 Brettedwards, Dec 2, 2015 Gameplay Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Samurix16 Well-Known Member Mar 26, 2013 185 1 18 Male USA #14 Samurix16, Dec 2, 2015 Really enjoying it Carabak Well-Known Member Jul 29, 2015 166 0 0 #15 Carabak, Dec 2, 2015 I'm still grinding Warhammer Freeblade and don't want to try Sniper Fury yet in case there's a limited time offer, can anyone let me know if ones turned up yet? I can understand some of the negativity regarding Gameloft, but they do make some really good iOS games (MC5 and Gangstar Vegas are among my favs), you can play them and never spend a penny, or you can spend $40-50 on each one and really quite enjoy them.
