There is a variety of ways that I've seen. I think PM's or just posts are pretty common. A website contact form or email would make it a bit more professional though.
We'll probably do a combination. Sign up form and announce it here so TA guys can sign up. We actually contacted our video guy today. Hopefully we will have a trailer in a few weeks.
I was a bit worried when I read you were going with non retro style graphics but I gotta say it looks great!! I'll have to keep my eye out for the video and the beta. Keep up the great work!!
Man this looks awesome, I can't wait for the level edited for LoE. By supporting older devices the newer devices won't suffer, right?
Great to hear, it really needs to be seen in action! Hopefully the video will be available soon. No absolutely not. The game is being designed primarily on a retina enabled iPod (4th gen) and an iPad 2. We do compatibility testing on a 3GS right now. When development is complete and we start on bug fixing, we will look into making sure it runs as far back as we can support.

Where is the pixel art? Personally, I loved the simple and effective pixel art in the first one, now it lost personality!
Pixel art is in LoE1. We didn't want to simply rehash a sequel and wanted it to look different but feel the same.
