Hmmm. It's a little too quiet around here. More lite codes. A77TMTWY4H3F NENW7WRLF9LL E37R6KA4MHR9 K4W49PYFPWNE R3NLEXFREEAW
Only played the first two levels. I have to admit I do like the new design, especially the gore. I do miss the sound that the other LoE guy made when he jumped. Not having that sound is really throwing me off.
ONE DAY LEFT!! Also, more lite codes: JTNYWLH4ATKM T4KPRYYKX76R 636PFXX4WPKM 9L9KNL4XEPNM W4WRH7L9MYYN
^Any other views on the game which you've tried ? You lot are quick to nab the codes but not report on the lite version!
I'm at work, so I won't be able to get any serious gaming time until later - and the "serious" part is open to debate, of course, given the date. That being said, I played the first level on my iPod Touch 2G, and it's classic LoE. What surprised me the most is that not only is this compatible with the iPod Touch 2G, it runs quite fast - probably with less slowdown than the original LoE! I'd say that's thanks to a mix of lower frame-rate and no OF/GC turned on by default. The game is fast, the jump feels less floaty, but overall the game feels good. I was expecting the graphics to be a turn-off, since I like the retro art-style, but so far it doesn't affect it much. The graphics are very stylized and well-drawn. If I can make a request, is for this option to enable/disable GC and OF to be backported to LoE1, since I ended up not finishing the game because of slowdown on later levels. Ravenous Games, are you hearing me? Cheers, Paulo
There's really not much that can be said as the Lite version is just 5 levels long and will last you a good 2 minutes. That being said, if you've played the first game, you know what to expect...just (surprisingly) smoother, with better music and the graphics come off as a natural progression of the first game's graphics. Really polished overall and a joy to play. It's gonna be a long 36 hours of waiting.
