I think they've already selected all the beta testers and I'm afraid it's closed, sorry. The game will be out soon enough though.
I'm assuming people that don't have a high enough OS to update to GC. The one thing I do like about OF is that if GC messes up, OF will sync my achievements to it later.
I don't anymore. It's VERY slow and buggy and only takes away from the optimizations that devs put into the game to keep it running smoothly. Of course that is my opinion, I'm not sure about others...
At best, you don't notice OF. At worst, OF slows games down. The thing I hate the most about OF is when games use the OF banners or whatever its called. I like how Solipskier uses OF, cause for the longest time I didn't even know it uses it! I prefer to not use OF..but that just me.
And I hate how CAVE shmups (Deathsmiles and Mushihimesama) use it. So yeah, ravenousgames, I think you can safely remove it from the game. No one will probably miss it
Wow, you guys really don't like OpenFeint around here We've now prioritized GameCenter with the option of OpenFeint for non-GameCenter devices that's accessible from the options menu. If you don't turn it on, you should never get an OpenFeint popup.

If everything goes according to plan we are targeting February 16th as the release date. As for the t-shirt's, we will be giving a limited quantity away (worldwide) through contests leading up to release.
We will launch at $0.99 in an attempt to claim a Top 25 position! After our initial launch we'll probably end up around $2.99 or $3.99.
