FYI, I gave it a try. Controls were completely intuitive to me. Did not die for the first time until wave 12 or so. Very well designed all-around, great work! The only question that came up was regarding the "tractor beam" that shows up when you get near the ores. Is it supposed to make the game easier (move the ore around + don't fall down as fast) or harder (gravity affected so need to adapt your motion) ? I did not find it affected the gameplay much in the first 12 level I played.
Ok. Got to play it a bit. Nice art. Weird controls. Fun! The controlling certainly takes some time getting used to, but that's really what gives it a new feel. Nice work! A keeper.
Thanks! That's a good point about the gravity beam. It's supposed to make it harder to pass, but it also slows time. Sounds like those two things are canceling each other out. I'll have some tuning to do for the next update. Thanks again, great feedback!

Sling Ship is fun and kinda hard, but after watching the bit of video in the upcoming thread, it is clear I need to spend more time with the controls to adjust my speed and direction properly. Oh, I also forgot to mention that the first code on the second batch was already taken too.
