Just tried the old flash version, and it's a lot of fun. But considering how that one is completely free, it's a shame you have to use IAP or grind like crazy to unlock the other two characters. Based on Stayfitla's impressions, it sounds like it would take almost 2 hours of play time to unlock the other two characters.
My impressions are... "What the hell are you guys doing waiting for impressions??? BUY IT AND PLAY IT NAO!" Thank you. EDIT: By the way, i was just on my third run and can afford the Mage already. Whoever says you need to grind in this game needs to be punched in his ovaries.

This wasn't at all what I expected... ...and I'm glad it wasn't. Can't put it down, to be quite honest.
Well My concerns about this were not needed, the video doesn't do this justice. After playing a few games I can see this being really addictive. One thing though I can't get the skins to work, I bought the 70's one and when I change it in the options and go to play its still the default one? Tried loads of times and no luck. Other than that thought the game is great.
This isn't at all what I expected it to be (didn't watch any videos or try the Flash one) but it's really good fun! Absolutely manic but perfect for a few minutes blast. Love it! Well worth a quid!
It doesn't specify it in the game anywhere, but if you go into the options menu at the main screen, you can change the skin. Edit: Totally misread that. I'll have to check it out... And looks like doing that busted my game. So I bought the 70's skin and then went into default skin for some odd reason, the only skin working is the default skin. Won't go onto the Knave skin either. So, yeah, don't buy the 70's skin until there's some kind of update.
It's just doesn't appeal to me. It's looks good, just not something I'm interested in playing currently. You like how I used that qualifier " currently"?
But just as an option, please ! I need this left/right finger input when i jump to kill inbetween two flying foes. With just one button though, i might lose my orientation on landing. Yeah, no background changing as well overhere. Played about an hour and earned the 5k for the extra life. Don't get it in the beginning, because for your second life you will lose all your famepoints (earned so far in that game) to play on, and without these points no new characters to unlock later on. Despite this, it's a cute little brilliant pixel game with superb artstyle and music and right up my alley. Good buy.
