Post-WW3 roguelike dungeon crawler with atmospheric pixel art and survival horror theme? So hyped for this
Not really. We try to make the atmosphere not so "horror", but more "melancholic", center the attention on the loneliness of the main protagonist.
This looks potentially great, I like the modern setting. The plot seems vague, I get the melancholy which is nice but... is this guy rogueliking through his own despair or is there some external threat? Is it more casual exploration, or plot based? Is it designed to occur entirely in this posh hotel, or will there be exterior segments?
"searching for food and weapons ala survival-horror" Just saying.... Can't wait for this. The whole premise sounds fantastic and this will be releasing on PC as well. right?
First of all, awesome my-type of game that I have been waiting for. Second, will there be a beta test for IOS platforms? Third, when will the demo be put up? Fourth, is it compatible with ipod touch 3gn(32gb or above)? Fifth, will it be a freemium game(because it looks like one)? Last but not lest, will there be multiplayer(because it looks like it can support multiplayer)? P.S. I am not kidding about that it is awesome my-type of game
Thx all of you. The game takes place inside the 100-floor hotel, the main goal is to get to the 1st floor and out of the building and trying to reach the other survivors. So there is no exteriors, because we kinda limited with resourses T_T We trying to make a good story, but it will not be imposed on the player. Plot can be followed through the torn pages, newspapers and letters, which can be found during the explorations. These records are some kind of collectable items. You can find any of this one time and this stuff will be available even if you start new walkthrough. Food mechanic is very simple. Hero spends "food" regularly while his travels ("hunger"). Also food will help you to heal yourself while you sleeping in bed at hero base. As soon as medkits, firearms and ammo are unusual stuff for the hotel, the chance to find them is pretty low. So yeah, maybe kinda like this. The demo-version wil be available on our page in the web version. So we will be happy to receive your critics and feedback after this point. IOS and Android demo after this. About Ipod... It will finally clear after tests. We kinda not sure about freemium, it's not clear right now with current balance system.
