The game was already a must have at launch, but now it's one of the best games of the AppStore.

All I have left is the Curiosity, rescue and competidor achievements left.

I don't think you can break it.

I've only ever had it appear on Level 11, and finally worked out what you're supposed to do with it.
You have to guide it up the centre of the screen by shooting it. Make sure it doesn't either fall behind you or go off the sides of the screen, otherwise it disappears.
When you reach the 2 bases for laser and smartbomb just before the final boss, you'll see a 3rd base in the middle of those. If you can guide the crate onto that centre base, you get a temporal card.

A lot of hard work for very little gain!

 

I used Level 12 on hard.

Easy to complete without buying extra power-ups, plenty of boxes and 19 humans to rescue.
