I would grind out level three instead

 

I tried that one, I got around 2700 stars with 100% on insane, when before the update it was about 3000. Level 12 on insane would yield about 2000 stars w the doubler within like a minute of playing, right to around the area where those 3 helicopters that shoot the blue floating bombs.

 

And once again another fine update and I just bought another $6 of IAP's.

I really appreciate all of the updates and communication and I'm proud to have been playing since 2004.

I beat the new bossl (saw end credits) but nightmare did not unlock?

 

I would use the gladius ship to hoard stars on lvl 12 insane. My best run without using powerups would yield 3500-5000 stars, now the same run would get around 2000-3500. So yeah, lessened the star payout on some levels.

 

I'm guessing, since everybody has powered up their weapons again, level 12 is now less challenging, so we don't deserve as many stars.

Nightmare only unlocked for me after I had destroyed 100% of the enemies and rescued all the humans on level 13.

There's definitely a decrease in stars on level 12 after the update. I've just completed it on insane and managed to collect 97% of the stars, which was only about 4000. Comparing my score globally, I'm well over a million points short of those who completed it prior to the update.

 

Thanks Bytebrain, I think that sounds good. Not sure exactly what their system would look like, but I hope they'll make it good and usable.

so glad they changed the qualifications for each level.
for awhile i couldn't play level 12 but now they changed it where u just have to beat the previous level.

 

The have increased the difficulty in the last stage, especially in the boss. :-(

 

Nightmare is a joke... absolutely impossible!!!

 

Yes, Very difficult to play. Never get 100% stars.

100% stars on nightmare mode is pretty much impossible but the medals are not that bad. Just playing yesterday and today I have 197 medals now. Although I need to stock up on the consumables items most runs .

 

I love the fact that Nightmare is really hard. In the first Sky force game it wasn't that hard in some levels.

Getting all the stars is really hard though... it scrolls so fast. A new level for Magnet would be needed.

197 medals?!? Wow! I've only got 159 and I struggled getting those.

Let us know what the last technician is like when you reach 200.

 

Can anyone say what nightmare level is best for getting stars?

 

Hello guys.
New player here. I added all the guys who posted in the other thread.
Now when I play I see some grey circles with names in them, but I can't do anything with them.
What can/should I do with them ?

I believe those are players that you have added, but they haven't added you yet. Only thing to do is wait.
