Hahaha it's kinda funny that I've got probably half my cards from the cargo drops. I got the drone the other day from it. Thanks from Phil I think he helped build half the new ship too.
Looks like I may have to take up the dev on their offer to fix my account later.. the game never showed up on iCloud and I've been playing it for weeks with it on. So I tested deleting and reinstalling and now I'm at the beginning intro again I can't even think of any other way to get it to work. Damn Apple, I knew upgrading my phone would be a pain. I used to just back up save files manually but now I have to guess and hope these things save on the cloud.
What are the blue or green boxes? Also what do all those random level elements provide when you blow them up? The steering wheel things on pipes, etc And those radio antennas in the earlier levels that make those sonar/submarine like sounds, anyone know if there's any trick to those??
@L.Lawliet: The intro always shows up on clean install, since we're connecting to the iCloud after that. Please check what happens after the intro and the first death on Stage 1. This is the factor i hate most in this game. Not enough to lessen my enjoyment of the game as every single element in the game is fantastic, but that factor is a pain in the butt for high score chasers. If everyone does perfect runs on each stage, the only thing factored left into the scores are determined at random.
Peter, will you ever be adding Android TV support (specifically Nvidia Sheild TV)? Would love to play this on the big screen and thought it was odd that the first 2014 game is compatible but this one is not.
Still loving this game. Coming back for the tournaments and not yet done with level 10 insane. Out of interest, after the last update (lvl 10), I had a few levels showing up with a person icon, like a vip to save. Pretty sure I did but not sure what it got me? Only seen one part of the new ship too. Would love to see a chunk of new levels to keep this going. Have bought plenty of in-app and will gladly pay for more levels should Devs decide to go down that route.
Wonderful sequel. Almost finished, but wanted to show this off -- I maxed out Level 5 on Insane in all categories simultaneously (All Ship Upgrades Maxed, Sabotage Wall Card, Wimpy Berserker Ship, Accelerated Rescue Card, Faster Ship Speed Card, Drone Cards) The trick is sometimes to let the bright missle get close, then do a tight arc dodge (semicircle to opposite side of missle direction) letting it overshoot. I can do the dodge within the radius of a rescue line, which means I can keep rescuing even while dodging the damn luminous missle chasing me. So I preferred Wimpy Berserker over Ambulance.

I've done it a couple of times now using the Ambulance ship and a Maximum Firerate temp card. You realise you'll have to do it all over again once you've collected the Score Bonus card [emoji6]
GC Achievements? Greetings to the devs! Excellent game! Stopped playing the previous game after the card drop rate was "fixed", too difficult and unfair compared to the others who managed to get all cards before the fix.. But in this game everything is in order, very polished. No feeling of grinding either, just playing, having fun and progressing at the same time. I also want to say that I like stage 5. Liked it in the previous game also. Never had any problems getting the medals like some people describe. I feel it's just about stopping for a while and learning to dodge. Nice break from the shooting. Now the question: Why are the GC achievements hidden? I need some objectives now that I completed (almost) all medals, weapons and cards! It would be more fun to try to get some specific achievement than to just play and hope you do the right stuff.. Is there a list of the achievements anywhere? I went through about half the thread. Sorry for being lazy but its looong.
In before the fix... [emoji6] As for your question regarding the hidden achievements, I believe those are reserved for future updates.
Any of the later stages on insane should get you the last Score Bonus + Retro Plane card. I got mine on 7 insane. Most of the planes, including the new Octopus one, are just gimmicks. I only use 3 of them... Ambulance for human rescues on stage 5, Limp Berserker for fire power, and Iron Clad for protection.
I still haven't got the last card too :/ Has anyone been able to make it to the 10th loop in the Tournament stage ? Peter was talking about "Pokémans" after 10th loop... Btw I've also completed Stage 5 on Insane 100%, not sure if I'll do it again after getting the 24th card since they'll probably add Nightmare mode
