Literally was think the same. If they do then it's small amount but everything counts. I keep going up 1k in highscore every play. Although I've played only a handful of tries . Currently 3rd out of 50 friends now.

I don't have any of my special abilities like
Laser or Bomb upgrades. Do they help? When u upgrade , how
Do they upgrade? They last longer or shoot harder

Sooooo close to the US top ten (#11), and I died with a nearly full load of lasers, bombs and shields (-1 shield I think). I need to start trying to use 3D Touch.

How do I send gifts to people?
I keep getting gifts I feel bad I'm not sending any in return haha

 

Any time you pick up a blue card or a ship part, you send it as a gift to all your friends. If they already have a temp card or the part, they get stars.

Do you get anything for playing in the tournament aside from bragging rights? I think I finished #5 of my friends but obviously everyone has a different set of friends lists. It'd be nice to get some kind of compensation for playing, even if it's not that big.

Also I think after the tournament ends it should just make a pop up showing your rank and telling you the tournament ended. I just opened my app up today and it acted like I never even played anything.

I got first on my group of friends of about 20 and got nothing too

 

SF2014 - strictly bragging rights. There may have been a GC achievement.

I guess some stars 1 or 2000 would be a reasonable prize if they wanted to do that.

Bragging rights would be enough for me since its unlikely I will ever be near the top.

 

Some time later, I struggle to like level 5.

Even with That Card.

 

I absolutely detest level five with my whole being, and I wished they'd replaced it with a "normal" level.
They should've known how the community would feel about that level after SF:2024...

Feels more like "hey they complained so much so we're going to put it in every game from now on" type slap in the face

And I agree. I think level 5 should be replaced or nerfed or something where I don't have to see that I've completed every level fully except that level. Ugh. If you take the shooting out of shooter, this is what you get - a level you never wanted.

 

It already has been in every game since long before 2014, going back to the pre-iPhone original.
