Some thoughts: The free-to-play balance in this game is pretty much perfect. I've been playing HEAVILY since it came out and have every ship, every card (minus the last one), all weapons/magnet fully upgraded, and all power-ups mostly upgraded. Didn't spend a dime. In the first game the cards came way too easily, and then were waaaay too rare post-update. This sequel nails it. I use a stylus while playing (it's night and day without your hand blocking the action), but unfortunately I can't trigger the mega blast thing since it requires both fingers being next to each other. Can the game be updated to allow the second finger anywhere on screen so I can use my other hand? Also, it'd be awesome if we could watch a video ad to keep ship parts/cards that we lost after crashing. Might make it too easy though. I don't know. Not a big deal since I pretty much have everything already. I love this game.
I am. There is no 3G or wifi at my place of work, so many times I have to play offline. Well it crashes EVERY TIME, at the end of any level, just before you collect whatever you picked up on the level. Infuriating! iOS 9.3.2 on iPad Air 2 & iPhone 6s
The reason why I paid for all the IAP and support this game is not only because it's a great game but because it has an offline mode. It means I can keep playing it whenever I want to as long as I have a supported OS. Better than the servers disappearing one day and I feel like I actually bought the game rather than just temporary playtime.
Does anyone have a list of ships available? I haven't gotten any parts in quite a while after completing the ambulance.

Card 24 To those that have all of the cards and picked up card 24, do you remember if you got it at a specific level or if there is a trick? I collected all cards except the final 24 and have gone days now without getting it which is getting to be very infuriating! It does not even do any good to play the game for fun to get high scores knowing I am missing out on a 10% score bonus.
Im guessing you are farming the same low-tier stages over and over? I got my last 4 cards in one sitting (about 2 hours) in between stages 6 and 7 in insane difficulty.
Seems like i get the most cards on insane on level 7 in my personal experience. I remember reading it from another member as well.
I farmed lvl 3 insane difficulty to fund full powerups for lvl 7 insane. I had a max firerate temp boost, so changed from using the limp berzerker to the enforcer. Helps a lot when trying to protect any possible card pickups. I was lucky to get the last card using this method.
Thanks for all of the replies. I have been doing level 3 and 4 on insane and level 7 on hard using the ace of spades plane. 5 days in and still no card 24. I have not even received it and lost it dying. I would actually feel better if that happened because now it seems like you have to do something specific or a specific level to get it. But atleast your replies give me hope that it is just bad luck so far. After completing skyforce 2014 post update where they made cards impossible (Very crappy of the devs to have admitted they made it too tough on these forums, yet they dont just fix it btw). It has been infuriating getting so close to completing and it just wont drop the last card! Glad others have had better luck though! Happy flights!
The whole card 24 thing is pretty frustrating. Have played level 7 ad nauseam on Hard and Insanity using the Ace of Spades and whilst temporal cards drop regularly card 24 refuses to appear (the only one I am missing). Have tried other levels on insanity and no luck either...
