@PeterID : iCloud sync is weird. I played some games on my iPad this morning. Now, on my iPhone: cards and medals I've won this morning are synced but not ship upgrades and number of stars. PS : thanks for this amazing game!
I'm playing it too. Usually once I run out of ships on a rare occasion. I'll goto the other game and play for a bit.
I wish they would update 2014 to fix their horrendous drop rates, especially now that this game is on the front page and there are quite a few people replaying 2014 or even more playing it for the first time. Even the developer has admitted that the drops are tough on that one and many upon many have complained, but havenet fixed it. This game is a blast, I want to replay 2014 again as well, but the card drops infuriate me! A+ game and devs overall though!
Totally agree. Drop rates were good in 2014 but for some reason they made them nearly impossible. I gave up on the game due to that. I would love to be able to go back complete the card collection and max the levels. Having much more fun with Reloaded. I get cards not too often, but my frustration comes from me getting too aggressive and dying when I have a card in tow. But that is my fault, not the developers.
Also I too would love some kind of screenshot showing the dispensers. I have had the bomb dispenser card for a couple days now and have never seen or activated it on any level. I have been replaying 4 and 7 more than any other and even after reading from others what they look like I have played the levels only looking for them and am not seeing them anywere. I just recently replay level one for the first time in a long time thinking it will be easy to see on that..... Nothing. Update, Finally found 2 of the 3 on 7! Worst part is that they are not really hiding so I do not know why I am struggling so much to see them.
Completely agree, I can go untouched during most playthroughs, unless I get a card. Then I usually screw up and blow up with ease. Always my fault.
Just unlocked the fighter with max firepower from the beginning of missions (don't know English name, in French it's "fou furieux", furiously mad in English), that's what I call a nice ship. Dies on first strike, but for "untouched" missions it's awesome. Enemies that die faster -> less bullets to avoid. What a great game ! I must say I preferred Air Attack 2, that was a better game for me, but waiting fo the third playing games like this is fine for me.
I wish they would allow you to use multiple dispensers per level. I noticed a second laser dispenser on level 4 but it seems you can only use one. I love the entire idea and having the cards it's made the game so much more fun for me. I finally finished maxing out all of the main fighter upgrades so now I just have to work on the power ups. I rescued more players on level 4 insane thismorning. Hehe. The thing is I never get anything for doing it. Once in a while I see I'll get some stars but it's rare. Do the people I rescue get anything? I've never been notified that I've been rescued or anything. They should expand this feature. Peter could you guys expand this? Billy
I absolutely agree on this! I actually went back and started plying 2014 again. I never beat level 5 so I'm focused on that. I did purchase all of the IAP previously so it's nice to have that. Billy
Yes, that's pretty much like every single arcade shoot'em up in history. They don't have a lot of levels, the overall game isn't super long, and they're meant to be played, replayed, and perfected over the course of time.

100% kills on level 3 insane, it's hard... I may be weak and buy some lasers or megabombs to clear the way... For now I've refused to buy upgrades at the beginning of levels, is there a score penalty for doing this, or not ?
No score penalty. Actually the devs generally expect that you will buy those upgrades. I generally dont, but when trying to do card runs on hard levels having some extra ammo really can make the difference between getting another card or ship part, or seeing it float in space among the wreckage of your dead ship.
I mainly used the Ambulance Ship only in Mission 5, but i have been spoiled by how negligible the time spent rescuing is, that I now think this is on-par with the +Speed Ship to be the best ship choices after you have accumulated all the cards.
I am thinking this as well. Ambulance is almost a must for Level 5 (at least for me). The ships are really nicely balanced for different styles of play and levels people are on. I think the "pros" are going to have their favorites. But commoners like me - I like to mix it up depending on levels. On level 8 hard I am liking the limp berzerker again. And Iron Clad is perfect for when I just don't want to conentrate that hard. I think Limp Berzerker is the best looking ship though.
I am having a tough time with the main weapon supercharger. When everything works well, and I have my timing good, its a killer. But hard to get the timing, and my second finger sometimes obscures other things that make me go boom. Very cool effect when its working though.
This could be cool a la Dark Souls - when you die you can leave a message with your death marker like RPGs ahead or you are about be burnt toast. Would make rescuing them more fun. Not certain it could be better implemented.
