Enabling iCloud wiped my stats @PeterID: I've been playing Sky Force on my iPhone 5 for a few weeks now, and have built up quite a good ship. Last night, I enabled iCloud in Sky Force on my iPhone in an attempt to sync my progress to my iPad, so I could play on a bigger screen. Unfortunately, instead of syncing my progress from on device to the other, I ended up with a bastardised version of my stats (compare the left image of the attachment with the right - the top two items have dropped from the maximum level to almost the lowest level). How can I get these stats back easily without playing many more hours to earn back the stars that I've already earned, or using IAPs to buy stars (I'm hardly likely to do this if they're going to be taken away from me again)? I really like the game, especially the feature when everything slows down when I lift my finger. I don't like the fact that the following 2 achievements are buggy / don't appear to be possible: 1) Rescue 5 VIPs (none ever show up) 2) Save 5 power-ups at the end of the stage (I've finished with both shields and laser with 5 "notches", and I don't have the award) Other than losing hard-earned stars, and either buggy or poorly explained achievements, it's a great game. Hopefully you can suggest some way of restoring my ship's stats without simply telling me to "play some more". Thanks, Dan

Am I just having a good day or was insane difficulty lessened a fair amount in this update? I just breezed through lvl6 on insane and I was struggling with it prior to the update
Just tried and its a lot easier now. The new L6 insane is very close to the old hard. Edit: Is it me or did they reduced the number of pilots required for L8? Now it is 50K, I think it was 100K before

You need to spend 1000 stars before it shows up. Once youve done that, its a shopping cart icon in the top left of the upgrade acreen
Hi, When I launched the new version, I immediately got the achievement "Lord Of Destruction" So there was a bug in the old version. And there is still problem with sound.
When I first started the new version I didn't have any sound. I force quit the game by removing it from the app switcher, and restarted it and then the sound worked.
@PeterID: Hi Peter, I didn't receive a ticket, so can you tell me the best way to update my support query, please? It doesn't seem right to raise a new issue to simply provide updated information regarding the existing issue. In a nutshell, my Main Cannon has now gone back to what it should have been (3x max), but the Health hay remained at the minimum level. Also, my stars haven't synced to my iPad, so they're at 546 on my iPhone and 0 on my iPad. I have no idea which version of the game I'm using (you don't seem to put a version string anywhere), but I know it's not the latest version that came out 2 days ago So now I'm in some kind of limbo, not being able to play (no point, if I'm not going to get the stats back, or if they get wiped again), and not wanting to upgrade to the latest version in case it makes things even worse. Hopefully you can find my support ticket and add this extra information on for me - or do I really need to create a new support ticket for an update to an existing one? Thanks, Dan
