Restarts in the middle of a stage Sky Force restarts instead of continuing from where I left off when: 1) I am in the middle of a stage 2) Pause the game 3) Close my iPad's cover or switching to another app 4) Reopen by going to the "Fast App Switch" screen Is there something I can do to avoid the game from being restarted?
Has anyone or does anyone use an external controller playing this? Like an icade or joystick? If so how does this game play with a controller? Or is everyone playing this game with their thumb like I do? Is Sky Force playable with a joystick or an icade or something? Thanks.
It is definitely possible Slam to get those medals. The hardest one is rescuing all the people. The last three are a real pain because of the turret fire. My suggestion is to be careful and time your movements in between the firing to avoid massive bullet spread. Time it so you rush up through the gap in the laser to rescue the man in the top right corner and get out of there before the bullets catch up and then quickly get the next guy on the right. It's hard. No lie. I still dot have a perfect run on Stage 5 insane (all four medals at once) and it is not for trying. Good luck!
Fear not! New tournament stages will be available soon (we're expecting the app to be approved in the next few days). @Ford_Power: What device are you using? If it's something like iPad 2/Mini, it's possible, like Bytebrain said, that there's not enough memory. The app switch screen has to load a bunch of images into the memory and since SkyForce uses a lot of it, it's likely to be shut down automatically. When you unlock your device and restart the game using the app icon - does it behave the same? @HEMI: The VIPs are broken at the moment, sorry. Upcoming update should fix it. As for the content, we're still working on the game, although I wouldn't call it "DLC". @Andy C83: Good job! Can we expect the movies to follow with all the stages? @PeterID: I am using the iPad Mini (Model A1455). It did NOT occur when: 1) Paused the game 2) Pushed the power button on top to go to black off screen 3) Pressed the home button 4) Clicked the app icon 5) Resumed where I left off Thanks, I just won't use the fast switch to go back into Sky Force.

Anybody else find that none of the sales are working? You know, the ones that say stuff like "Wing cannon upgrades for next to nothing" or "Missiles 50% for the next hour". I've been playing this regularly since it was released, and none of these push notifications has ever been true.
