Okay, I must either be blind or doing something wrong. I've tried every single button on the level select screen and every single button on every other screen i can find and I don't see *anything* that links to a store to buy IAPs. Where is it?
When you fill up the bars the true level will go up by +1. The max level is 3. So that translates to 30 upgrades.
Discounts Hi guys, I just received a notification saying that there is a discount in wing cannons but cannot find it, the next WC upgrade has exactly the same price as before and I see no new item in the shop . I tried restarting the app but it had no effect. Has this happened to anyone? Do you know how to get the discount?
Gosh that's the most unhelpful mechanic I've ever heard of - *hide* the shop from your customers until they've played for about half an hour?! Why? At the very least id put a shop icon there and grey it out with a bit of text that says "Unlocks after you've spent 1000 stars!" or something. Have purchased the star doubler but the app made me feel like an idiot for 20 minutes as I went over and over all the screens looking for the shop, until you helped me out.
I agree, it is indeed a weird and very confusing thing, for sure it is making them losing some bucks, but maybe it is helping them with the reviews .
When you fill those empty blobs to the end, the circle on the left gets a number and you start over. You'll see! : )
Yeah I have a few things on the third tier already. Just wondering if they go beyond that once I fill it up, and how much more grinding I'll be doing. Thanks!
Max level is 3 for everything. Of course, the grind doesn't end there though. You will need stars for powerups in Insane difficulties and higher Sections. I also try to have at least 40-50,000 stars saved up for the weekend tournament. Grinding on Section 5 (Insane) will get you roughly 3,500 stars a run...if you collect them all and make it through to the end. Good luck and keep flying!!

Well said. I agree with everything you've said. I've spent a total of $10 on the game. Ad remover, coin doubler, plane regenerator and 2x IAP for the 5000 stars. Sky Force 2014 will never be deleted from my devices. I hope to see more shmups like this in the future. This game is great.
For 'Lord of Destruction', I suggest that you find one of the areas where the planes come diagonally in waves of three abreast. Try to wait until most are on screen and let go the bomb...that should be that. As for the Hidden achievement, I still don't know what that is yet. Also, I don't know where these VIP's are hiding out, I have yet to rescue one. Anyone know? Maybe they are in Stage 8?
Tonk Montana do You have phone with android? I have iOS and don't have and see any VIP on stage. But my brother on android have one VIP in first stage. IDreams told there Is bug in this "challenge"
I am IOS only. I will look again in Stage 1 but as I have already done a perfect clear on Insane Mode, I suspect it isn't there. Oh well, wait for an update I guess...
This game is awesome! I play in both iOS and Android device. But I have a problem. When I play in iOS ( ipad mini retina ), game graphics is beautiful, details textures on planes, ground... In my android tablet (tegra note 7, CPU tegra 4, 1gb ram, os 4.4) isn't like. Low details graphics, blurry and low texture ( the 1st boss in tutorial, the carrier and heli boss in 6th stage...), no vfx when you shot an unit or a buiding... For my opinion Tegra 4 isn't worst GPU but the game auto-optimize graphics isn't working well. Hope iDreams fix the graphics, or add a settings for configure manually, or... make a THD version for Tegra ( joke )
Everyone!!!! Go Play HELI HELL from Bulkypix. You will appreciate even more how great (and easy on the pocket) Sky Force is! ... ...now delete Heli Hell and continue with Sky Force - the Shooter masterpiece.
I do have to say that this is most probably by favourite game this year. The progression between normal, hard and insane is perfect for me and keeps me coming back. The upgrades for me work even with the timers (and I never thought I'd say that either). When the main cannon is upgrading I just aim to upgrade something else. Level 7 is insane on normal so I'm hoping it's normal on insane.
I know right? I haven't finished stage 7 normal yet becuase of the power-up grind but I will, I will. It's a labour of love. Besides, my silent nemesis on the leaderboard just passed me up again so...back to the grind. Lucky it was a weak week.
