    I didn't like it.
    It feels clunky.

If you've noticed anyone else who has a game on the App Store is going free or on sale, it's almost as if its a season of gifts and religious things! What a wonderful time! O wait... this IS a holiday season...

Achievements don't seem to be unlocking...? I've beaten what I assume to be the first section, Shores of the Dead, on normal, but didn't get the achievement (do I need to get all the skulls to "beat" it?). And I definitely made my general a demon, but didn't get that one either. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I'd expect this shit from the next half bit dev looking to make a quick buck with their 99 cent remove ads IAP, not an indie dev trying to be serious.
This makes me NEVER want to buy another game from then at that price point.

I would agree if they had gone free and threw in Iap etc, but for whatever reason, premium game going free, I don't mind.

    PS.
You win some you lose some. I am sure all the games I have got free over the years more than makes up for the cost difference of the ones I 'over' paid for.

Nope. Not that I've seen after 2 levels anyways.

This game is very hard, a lot of difficulty! Even in casual mode! The AI is not balanced.
Glad I have not bought! Happy to be free!

Hi guys. Anyone knows how can i beat a level with a designated number of demon allies? I dont get what demon allies are???

    Allies = your team
Demon = when one unit eats 3 skulls he turns into demon and you get double moves (important, nay vital to strategy)

I actually really like the dificulty. First IOS strategy game that's caused me to think so far. I asked this earlier but I think it got glazed over so I'll rephrase: does anyone have any of the achievements for this game?

Surprised so many people not liking it but I guess when it's free, anyone can "try it". When it was paid it was probably the people that were truly interested in it/the genre. I don't think it's too hard (minus the challenges - those are a pain!) if you're just trying to beat levels, it has a nice difficulty curve. The controls are nice but take a bit of getting used to, the dialogue is hilarious, and there's a lot of hidden depth.

I only have like 1 achievement or so. Earlier in this thread I mentioned achievement bugs, fusing bugs, and record bugs. Unfortunately none of those were fixed on the last update. At least the game works!

I've wanted to try it cause I like these types of games, but there is something that's making me uneasy about it >_<

If you like thinking that far (and further), you might want to try out Ravenmark: the Scourge of Estellion.

But yeah, Skulls of the Shogun is a rare game indeed. I hope 17-Bit get down to some multiplayer improvements and competitive features now.
