omg. my hand is sore. i just set a personal record with 250 kills in 1 FFA game. i'm sure i'm not the highest single score in 1 game, but my hand is sore now. that said, it was mostly p40s and a few heins, 1 messerschmitt and 2 corsairs. i had the olympics on and put the iphone down a few times to watch the hilights and then starting the spree again. Orion, I hear you on the alias thing. It's neat in one way, but I find it loses the appeal of comraderie within the game. btw, i'll bust my 'secret' - I was and still am the annoying Asskicker and I live up to that name tonight. btw, for everyone else - I don't know if this is a DUH moment for me or not, but i finally figured out why we maybe think other planes have more powerful weapons. The cannons! I killed many a plane tonight VERY quickly b/c i used JUST cannons on them. Until tonight, I've always been using both cannons and MGs at the same time...alternating quickly between them so I don't overheat. I was able to target easier tonight and decided to try cannons only and omg, did it make a huge difference. I was busting ALL types of planes much quicker. That was a turning point for me. Not sure if I'm the only one to figure that out so maybe I'm a late bloomer lol
You were there? I was doing 20 kills and the 2nd fella was still single digit. But I played more than 1 FFA matches this morning. U can't possibly be inside the room when I can soar high in the kills, right?
Argh. I should have known it's u. I've played several times with Asskicker yesterday and today (gmt+8). But flankly speaking, I find the player called Keebler is better and having faster kill rate. using cannon only is more powerful than Cannon plus MG??? how can this be? I will give it a try later. Thanks for sharing this secret.
i think when you're in close, cannons only make a huge difference. you were in 1 FFA game this morning, didn't stay long and then you were off. i might be there tomorrow morning.
My personal record in single FFA game is 101 kills. Highest record I know of this Twolf at more than 330 kills. But I don't think it is good to play so much in a stretch. We need to protect our eyes.

It's tough but it can really be satisfying when u're the winner. And I learned alot in that monster game. Looks like I've missed a large chunk of lessons when I had been playing with noobs all this while. I'm world #2 noobs killer! Not #2 best pilot . If there's really a ranking system based on true fighting skills, I really can't find my name in top100 list.
you got it right. I was online this morning around 8 AM EST. I was in a game with a whole pile of vets and it was a fun, fun game. Depending on when I wake up, i'll try to get in again.

That would explain why it looked like you weren't killing anything for a while and then just started up again. I was in the messerschmitt. And trying to watch the olympics at the same time also.
