WOW! I sing a swan song lamenting the demise of TA and the rise of FB, then go away for a few days, and this place explodes (relatively speaking) while I'm gone. Don't worry about me getting lonely over here; I lurk on fb quite a bit, and truthfully speaking, I probably don't sign on to fb because I get kind of addicted to those things - I already have to give myself SoG curfews and limit my time playing, lol. And I don't think Vets see TA as the 'country' compared to fb. It's more like the place to post where you know only a select number of people are going to read it. It's kind of like our backchannel. And GG! to you Chonch! You're the one that called me out on TA, and it's still awesome flying with you. Same goes to Orion, Rebel, Black Sheep, WidoWMaker, w00per, and everyone else. @w00per (see, I learned that on fb ;-D) - I don't think I called your name change out on TA either, just that I recognized you. I know how it is: you kick @ss, make a name for yourself, and make some friends, but every once in a while, you just want to be another anonymous pilot again tearing s#!t up. I know what you mean about addicting, I found myself checking FB every three min on my phone. I have cut back how much I post there and have set time limits on my game play also otherwise I am up until three am. that makes for a very tired grumpy person.
LOL! That's funny! I got it from from a japanese ascii character list. It's supposed to be someone flipping the double bird (w/each "t" being the arm, hand, & finger), but no one seems to get that - someone should ask if Sola or GN do. I think Cartman is funnier though. Just imagine him flying the z3 screaming @ everyone LMAO. mmh...I wonder if I can fit "RESPECT MY AUTHORITY" on my name

Just Mean........but fun!! You know...you could really destroy someone's confidence in this game...Find a moderately good pilot that you seem to be running into alot during first 1hr of play...shoot him down a few times then leave...change your CS then find him again and do it some more....repeat cycle....That poor chap is going to believe there is a whole flippin' army out there that can shoot him down!! Will probably make him throw his i-device across the room and sware off the game lmao....sorry...feeling a little cruel today

@m@yh3m. Yes. That's correct. You didn't post my call sign here either. my bad.. After I started posting here in TA and find familiar call signs in the skies, I always hesitate to shoot. I go for the ones that I don't know first. For the ones that I know, I had to do a h3h fly-by to find out whether they are a friend or foe.

Hello, Skepta, Pirhanna, Thomas... all y'all! Still here. Hey, Kingpin, saw you around tonight, I was flying as Rnd-UP. You kept killing me a few times and then leaving. You weren't coming back in the room as someone else and shooting me down a few more times in every map were you? Had a bunch of fun in the MOB vs SAW rooms. Serious furballs goin' on in there.
GG KP, Lav//erde, Punky Kong, Bukki, [SAW]Zaw, Diz[SAW], Foo, and others. This spans 2 rocket rooms, Rocket School and Rocket Training last night. I couldn't post in FB. @Foo, I am impressed.. You drove the MG player away. Every time a new player enters the room, I usually welcome them by shooting a rocket at him. I usually try to go for the MG player first. @Lav//erde, I think you want to play the low level flight in the town similar to the one SAB Swiss is playing, but everyone is just shooting you from above. I'd like to try that flying in the town in Swiss's room, but that always take place when I am still working. @KP, Bukki.. I see you guys can't resist the temptation of rocket room... I think Bukki created the first room and KP created the second room. I see you both practiced a lot and got a lot better shooting rockets. Seems like everyone is into the rocket now, even 2 SAW members. I don't think they read this forum. Oh KP, my battery ran dry and went into auto-shutdown on the first game. Do you know if I become a ghost airplane or just flying straight and level for other to shoot down? On the second room, I lost connection and couldn't fin the room again.
Owned @Q-Ball, Just ran into you and Hitman and Barcaleno(?) in a TP. Had a little time to kill, so to speak, and thought I'd fly a game or 2. I was BAR-FlyR. Wow! GG to all concerned. Dude, I have sworn to never say "Owned" or "Gotcha" in a match, I was tempted on both counts in this one. "Owned" because I clearly was and "Gotcha" because when I finally managed to put a couple bullets on you that's what I was thinking! Unfortunately I lost the connection and could not get it back. GG!
LOL....no, it's the way it is for me when I play while working....I can only fly 5-10min here and there...Like to pop into games and see who's around...If I find a hopping room with alot of the aces in it I tend to stay a little longer and then I really get backed up with work!!! lol
GG w00per...nah, you didn't stay in on either, just went away...I figured it was a disconnect or battery dead since I didn't see an Adios...seems like the guys that have the biggest problem with their i-selves staying logged into a game is the iphone4 users....is that what you have?? And, yes! I am having a lot of fun with the Rocket Rooms...quite addictive when everyone is respecting the name of the game....I have had the pleasure of practicing against and watching the 2ch players which as usual raise the bar for everyone and I have learned a few things...I would like to be better at those not coming directly at you or flying directly away from you....the timing on the odd angle shots is a hard thing to master...trying to account for your own speed and angle and matching the rocket speed with their speed and angle isn't always easy....I am improving, but I know there is a plateau for that quickly approaching <sigh>... I have been able to knock a few people out with a rocket when solo h2h in the tight turns...never know who is more surprised by that...me or them...as I am not yet consistant enough in this to call it skill, but more just blind luck!
Slm, it was great to see you again. I haven't seen you in quite some time! First of all, don't sell yourself short at all. You put more then a few holes in my bird! It was fun but was missing something after you left. I do thankyou for the game though.
