i must say, i think this thread is dying a slow death. b/n the lack of new planes to keep some folks interested and the increased usage in facebook (the design of which I find much more difficult to follow), this thread isn't doing the best. which I think is problematic for the game b/c the more the thread keeps alive, the more it says on the 1st pg of TA thus being more visible to more people (theoretically). doh!
think this forum (post ) is hard to follow. Facebook is more fast and good pretty. But have carences. I make a tipical forum butonly write me.. hahahaah!
I think fb is more gossip... And if you want to look for something important which is older than a week, you probably never find it anymore...

I had the same problem with FB when I started SoG. Then I created a second FB account so I could keep my SoG friend alltogether and seperated from my regular account. But then the smart person you are, I'm sure you've thought of that already. I veiw TA as the forum with the wise old timers.
I wasn't bothered by it at all. Whenever that sort of thing happens I actually get sort of embarrassed for not being able to kill as fast as another player. I've been having some lag due to either my connection or server stress. I wasn't going to leave though because that was the first time I've ever been on the same team as another SAB with our tags on. I was enjoying it. GG!
I was too. I saw you come into the game and my first thought was "oh shnikkeess" then I realized you were on my team! If it wasn't for the chicken burning I would of stayed also. It was a touch choice and if I didn't have hungry kids I would of waited till the other buzzer, aka the fire alarm, went off before leaving. I'm as active in FB as I used to be in TA. Currently FB is hot. It's easier to follow than in TA because at least comments on same posting are kept together. Still hard to follow but better situation than in TA. Another key advantage of FB is the ability to post pictures straight from iPhone without computer. And can have profile pic too. We can create new FB account for those who want to maintain privacy, like what I did. Shall all of us migrate to FB? So that we have only one website to follow?
I read the FB forum but I wouldn't join it, for what that's worth. But it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, I haven't really caught on to the posting thing anyway. While I'm here, I just realized I can see Avid Tar in the standings and the message "[RETIRED]" is tagged to his name. Must've missed something? Also, who is Vicky Boxx? And do they post here?
