I just got the WAF to go for the droid X She want's one too! I would rather have the iPhone 4 but I had to balance it with the carrier issues. Everyone I know around here says that AT@T service in the area is hit or miss, plus the 2gig data cap isn't sounding too good to me. With the droid X I will get unlimited data for like $22.00 a month (state employee discount) and a big honken scree which will be all the better to see to kill you with buddy! Muhahahah! Plus I can expand it with up to a 32 gig micro SD card and with the 8 gigs on board that will get me up to 40 gigs, which is enough for all my stuff.... Plus with SOG now available and no iOS4 update in sight..... the droid X looks more and more good to me every day. Oh and I am looking forward to flash I can get all for only $100.00 too with my phone being up for renewal and $100.00 online discount. My playing time will no longer be limited by my lack of wifi so you guys will probably see me more in the skies as well Oh and did I mention the 4.3 inch screen to see you all better so I can kill you all????? Muhahahahahahaha!!!!! I guess I will have to start talking to those people on the droid forum soon....
you too man...I generally can't stand the rocketers because of them launching it across a room which takes no talent at all...However, you guys are doing it in style in the close H2H battles which DOES take skill and that I can appreciate...makes it interesting for the dog fights and fur balls in how you "approach" your targets!! GG!
First I wasn't skilled at all. But slowly I start to get better... So sometimes I get planes I don't even see..but I guess where and when they cross my rocket line. In h2h with a crack you got one good chance. If you miss, it's over. I was flying lots of h2h against a veteran, and like Sola said, you get roasted. But in a nice room with mixed skills it can be like a flush. And I have to admit: shooting into furballs is mean but we are rocketeers and we like to do it, because we can. In very good moments you can read or feel the movements of the furball (2 to 3 players I like most) So you can find out where the center of the ball will be moving. Then you try your best. There is no greater feeling than shooting the guy out of the crowd, who killed you before from behind. Easy is getting the slow smoking victims from big distance. You normally got enough time to calculate the aiming point. You don't have to hurry and shoot thousands of bullets. You just aim.. tap once.. and watch I hope they don't start to hate me in here

yes, I don't use rockets..not since my first couple weeks..I've only been playing seriously only 1 month...my deaths are high because I have always gone after the "aces" and go to their rooms so I can improve and it was only 3 weeks ago that I bought the Z3 so...but, you guys are alot of fun and now I am addicted ......oh, and it took me at least a week before I figured out how to bail! lol

N4lge is an amazing player. Fought him 3 times this morning. 5 spawns to get him smoking and 3 more to take him down. I did'nt know whether to scream or laugh at myself. Much respect.
Don't feel bad. When I first got my Z3 way back when, I went up against GN-0000. He shot me down 31 times while I only got him once. But yeah, I rank N4lge up there. He really knows how to control the whole board.
Hey Chonch McSomething I saw you ask a question about recording games on fb. I'm not on fb, so I'll give a response here. There's some programs for developers that creates a virtual iPhone/iPod on your computer (I think some are even free). You then plug in your handheld, play the game, and it shows on your computer. I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to the record the game off your computer screen. I've been too lazy to try any of them out - or actually look for them prior to posting - but I know I've seen them.
Hey thanks! I knew there had to be something done professionally and legally to have so many HQ developer-made walkthroughs on YouTube. Hopefully my 4-yr old Macbook Pro has the horsepower to run such a program.

I needed lot more time to get as good as you.. cool... Rocketing is a new experience for me. There is a lot to learn.. It's a greater challenge at the time. It's more art than war.
