I know you've all see this before but I thought it was cool enough to screen grab it, again. Took me a second to remember I wasn't flying the Yak 3.

Ah well, you've seen it before...

 

I'm starting to think the Z2 looks like a flying turnip and the Z3 looks like a flying carrot. And the Bf-109 looks like a banana with it's skin still on.

 

That's the green Hien! BF don't look like banana.

 

My anecdotal evidence to the contrary is that I have scored kills in online FFA shooting at smoking planes in furballs when the reticle is still black. This happens more often in blue yak than Z3. It makes me chuckle because I know how annoying it is have your kill stolen away!

ah yes..thanks Lemariont! That was my 'oh oh, my rudder is dead' reaction when I managed to yank my plane under the bridge without crashing into it, but then realizing I wasn't moving out of the water's way lol

I knew someone was after me and was trying to do a trick, but screwed it up.

GG! to you and Spartacus too. I almost went back out and changed my name to "illithyia" b/c she was such a b*itch and I figure I fly that way sometimes lol

GG Sparticus! I couldn't loop the bridge at all tonight for some reason... That fellow piranha managed it a few times though I like that guy, he's good and a great sport!

 

Yep, that and the fact that SGN told us there was a range stat. I don't even pay much attention anymore to the red reticule at all anymore honestly... except in furballs ( I might be giving away a secrete here ) That is kinda fun to do isn't it? It's also fun to hang back a safe distance in the mosquito and start blasting away at people and watching them dance all over the place.

 

I think someone else may have already made a sit clan seeing as there was a room named "join [sith] please". I almost doubt anyone would join it, but I think it's a cool idea

 

Now there is two rooms, SÁB vs SITH and I want you 4 [SITH]. i supouse was a group of Z3.

I return to xZ3, i played yesterday and only see Zeros III, was horrible. It must be end. The tirany of Zeros figther must be destroyed.

... There was a lot of Zeros, but i saw others goods pilots in old planes, perhaps will ne a little hope....

 

Glad to have found this site. And thanks to Chonch I know how the scoring system works now. I've noticed your score hasn't changed for quite some time, and I thought you purposely changed your name to MIA for missing in action. Now I know it's your callsign. Hope to see you in the sky soon when SoG release new planes.

 

I tried it.. but I got lost in space, get shot because I'm too slow, or I wait for players... I hope SGN will fix it soon.. I wait with updating my iphone...

 

They could manually add you old account to the new one. They just don't want.

 

Some planes with bad connection jump instead of flying, this is annoying

I'm afraid our online play assessment involve many factors including the target speed and direction and your own speed. For example the firing range seems longer in h2h because both planes are dashing toward each other making the bullets reach the target but it expire after reaching it's max distance. Or if your target u're chasing slow down while u speed up, your firing range will also seems longer. But try this:

Go to online private DTB or TP if you have 2 iPhones. Fly to the target (the enemy base if DTB) and keep firing your cannon and MG before the aim turns red. Then stop firing. Your target is not hit at all. Then take snap shot when the aim just turn red. Do that on few planes. And you will find that the distance to target before the aim turns red is the same for any plane. And no plane can do any damage on the target when the aim is not red. Pls don't say again that you can kill a plane without the aim turning red. I can also and that's because everything is moving. The target just move to where the bullets intersect with it so you can hit without the red aim.

I will upload some screen shot later to show what I meant.

The firing range of all planes are really the same. Believe it or not.

 

thanks for the compliment... So I maybe put on my uniform, so you can shoot me. But only shoot at the plane, not at my uniform, otherwise hobo will get angry, if there are bullet holes in it...

 

So this early firing to weaken the opponent as Frumius told us, doesn't work? I'm sure I got planes down without red spot.
