If I'm not wrong, u'll be unlocking the Yak3-II which is the weaker version. The best non Z3 plane currently in SoG is Yak-3-I. Exclude Z3, Yak-3-I is the fastest and having the most firepower with long range, and with handling among the best, and it's the shortest target. The first time I met Venassa, she is in Yak-3-I.

GG Keebler, That was one of the maps that my plane flies like a blimp. Everytime you "chonched", you were close enough but I can't fly a straight line on those maps. Sluggish is the only word I can think of !
Shern, that's not right There's no implied contract connected to an online score tally, so there's no basis for a suit. SGN could reset any score they liked, or reset everyone to zero, or even make me king of the world. No one can argue. Remember when that joker hacked his way to #1 in FAST with 3000 points? They killed him off in short order. And didn't they modify D8's score? What ever happened to D8? I miss his ferocious skills and weird infantile psychotic persona.
Probably not. But h2h is generally a losing strategy anyway. Even if you win, you're likely to be carrying enough damage that your enemy will respawn and whack you. Avoid the h2h, kill from behind, live long and prosper. If you insist on going h2h with a Z-3, your best bet is a Mossie-2 or a P-38L-1. Both have decent firepower, range, and armor. And in the hands of a pilot who knows their strengths and weaknesses, they can hold their own in a dogfight against most Z-3s.

I spent a lot of time perfecting my technique on that... it's pretty much my favorite thing to do for some reason. I will always try and engage in H2H even if I'm down to MG's, all those deaths I have pretty much will attest to that! I think Shern's going to lose some sleep over that BTW! I think he was hoping that by reaching 200,000 points he could remain in the top 10 forever lol
Yeah, but I'm kinda stubborn about that for some reason and will never learn... EDIT: One thing I will do in a zero III from time to time when I know I am going to loose an H2H is hit the throttle and crash into the other guy! That's really fun, and it's technically a draw
Yes the BoB planes are not all that great but I think the BF is the best one they have. Also the FW is pretty decent. The red Yak isn't a bad plane actually. It handles the exact same as the blue one, but the firepower is slightly weaker and it's a little slower. I take it up when I want to be different and still be able to hold my own as you rarely see anyone flying them.The bottom line is that if you know what your doing you can go H2H against any plane and win, no matter what plane you are in. Tee-em is right it's not the best strategy in the world, but I happen to find in to be loads of fun!
I'm hoping that the next update magically fixes all the problems and they will include 25 more planes that can compete with the zero III... yeah I know that will be a cold day in hell....
Campaign difficulty thing? As bumcrack advised me, I turned my controller sensitivity to maximum in MP. I noticed a thing next to it saying campaign difficulty. What exactly does it do on multiplayer?
I do agree with you that the zero III is probably just the first of the third generation of fighters so there is some hope. I do not however agree that the long range firepower on the Yak is useless. I fire short bursts at the zero III when its far off... the zero III will take some damage before you even do because A) you have greater range with the cannons and B) the Zero III is flying so fast it will race head long into them. From there all you have to do is wait and get the jump off before the other guy does when your close enough for him to engage you.
That makes sense to me. It's their game and they can do what ever they like, and I don't remember sighing any legal agreements before I started playing. Also it's good to know they are willing to ban people who its obvious are hacking the game.
On multiplayer, nothing. All that will do is make those campaigns you already completed either harder or very very easy. Unfortunately it won't help you unlock the 99th dog fight. That's going to be hard for you to do, but no worries I have done it three times now and can tell you how to do it when you get to that point See if you can figure it out for yourself first though, as that's half the fun.

M*I*A at #11, Vanessa at #12, Chonch at 13 and myself at #14. Oh and Shern, Vanessa has changed her name now to "ISeeUMr.Shern!!" She has 179707 points! Man she's been busy this weekend!
GG GN!!!! You tore my poor old mustang II to shreds! I felt like if you so much as sneezed at me while I was in that thing I was going to blow up! The mustang II used to be my favorite plane too! I hope they come out with a better one. I had to work in that game, my fingers are hurting now! That was another fun one buddy! They always are against you!
