GG! Question Mark Guy! Nice game <?>! Normally when I enter a game and then instantly get blasted by a rocketeer I immediately exit the room. I just don't have the patience for that crap. But I'm glad I stuck around. You've got an interesting way of bailing out. Probably more effective when not inches over water.
I think GCMoto is just GCMoto. That player's been around for awhile and has gotten better every time I've played him.

no no no no. do not bail on a rocketing room. come back with a vengeance. I sometimes will go after a rocketer time after time until they leave own that room!
Yeah. There are several good tactics to use against rocketers. At long distance, constantly alter your course. Don't fly in a straight line. I usually execute steep dives and climbs. And because they have a rocket, they don't have a cannon. Hence, you can get in at close range, where their rockets are useless, and open up with your MG and cannons.
Chonch, thanks for the game. It is always nice/painful to fly against you. You are well within the top 5 for overall skill in this game and it can be sobering to go against you. Glam was ticking me off though!
Ah! I knew it was either you or Capt. Fear. You and I would have scored a lot more kills against one another if we didn't seem to always bailout at the exact same time. GG! That was the best game of my night until just a moment ago when I entered Briareus' Mossies Rule 0's Drool match. When owned the room from beginning to end. I was up to 24 kills or so before I lost connection.
ok...so i'm thinking "Dribs" is either Handy or Chonch? Anyhoo, GG just now, but when I ouch ouch ouch or ouch arrgghh...while going after a rocketer, please leave me alone. of course, there's no obligation to respect that , but I was trying to clear that room of that rocketer b/c it was an awesome dogfight before that bijana' or whatever the name was, entered and started tossing rockets from a distance. I was involved in some great DF's over the last 24 hrs and wanted to keep it that way until "i'll rocket from a distance and hope I hit something" started playing. It was fun slaughtering them time after time (but not so much fun when Dribs took me down while I was flying away -after a few h2h's where i clearly avoided shooting you down! DOH!

Nope, not me. I think Dribs is just Dribs. I played him a bunch over the weekend. He's pretty skilled. But he's been around for a long time.

Thank-you for the positive feedback I love getting very very low to dodge and bail (especially in the mountain maps) and occasionally luring chasers to their deaths but it doesn't always work out for me Unfortunately I've got to play mostly in the flat ocean map to avoid the worst of the control issues but it still sucks (bring back version 1!). I'm still a long way away from getting my hands on a 4G phone and don't know if my sanity can survive until than
I've come to hate Z3's that lob rockets. On that note I just owned some guy named "ranger" who was in a Z3 lobbing rockets.
A Letter Dear "Dork" (that was his/her call-sign and not me insulting anyone) That was a very Good Game. I'm sorry that I cut out so soon (twice), but the App crashed twice on me. C'est la vie. BTW - and I only say this cause I don't know how to do it - but when you "Chonch" me in a game, I sometimes see your kill as a debt owed to me, and will vigorously pursue you until the debt is repaid ;-D Anyway, GG!! Sola Power ARRGHH i just had my first 1on1 with Sola. We both emptied the room and went at it for a while. He downed me loads but i brought us both down about 4 or 5 times with my braking technique. Really shows how close on you he gains. I fled in the end to drink my coffee. Good sport tho. Cheers fella, i enjoyed that

Hehehe! I must confess I'm a Dork! But most of you guys already knew that about me Sorry bout Chonching like that on you buddy! It's just so much fun! I wish I could teach you how to do it, it's all about timing and finding an opening to get out of dodge. It's more instinct than anything, but I can say that sometimes you have to fly around in the bailout state for a few seconds. Resist the temptation to just immediately punch it So ummmm how many deaths do I owe you BTW? I was incognito experimenting with a new furball technique that I got the idea from those WWI tactics Hobo posted. I'll clue you in once I get it down pat...real simple idea, really hard to do because you have to figure out exactly which way is up and down when your in the middle of a furball chaceing arrows I did manage to nail Cousin with it a couple of times Sorry cousin!
