I just ran into those two a short while ago. They pretty much double teamed me the entire game, which was fine with me. I'm curious if they did the same to you? The BF is probably the most underrated plane in the game if you ask me. It does match up well against zero III's because its so maneuverable. You can track the zero III's real well in them I think, but there are a handful of players I wouldn't want to be up against if they are in a zero III if I wasn't as well.
it's true that by flying a Z3, a noob cannot perform well just because he's in Z3. I've seen lots of players using Z3 but move like P40 and are killed easily. But vet vs vet, plane do make a great deal of difference! This is an undisputable fact I would say. Real case example: Me(Yak3) vs Sola(Yak3) = 1:10 Me(Yak3) vs Sola(Zero3) = 1:20 Edit: Those who think plane makes no difference should follow zp's example by flying P40 only, and see if u can achieve same results as when u use Z3.
I'd say it was pretty equal, though they did seem to be flying in formation almost side by side making it a 2vs1 h2h a few times. I got the feeling they knew each other and were playing together all night. They did shoot each other down several times, mostly during bailouts so the kills could have been accidents. I think I was killed four times in the game, three by the Zeros and once by the P-40 who got me on a bailout.

Full Frontal Exposure I had orion7319 kicking the hell out of me last night when i were in me Tempest MKII. I left without saying a word, wasn't rudeness. My manager walked past and startled me. Might've had SkyNinja putting a boot or two in last night also. As for the Z-III. It's taking some time for me to get used to, yet i've only been on SoG for 8 days now. Most of my kills are from the Tempest. Is it 2(ch)chen? he gave me a slap around last night, tho i got him about 3 times. With the Tempest it's a bugger getting into the middle of the action without some twat lobbing missiles at me from afar, but once i get slap bang in the centre, planes drop out of the sky frequently. I purposely stall it so i can turn around and pick shots, damage them and then hunt them down. Not many planes survive the full on frontal blast, but a ZIII did last night. Mr (ch)en's.

Tree hugger I accidently played as a Fockewulf, it did me pretty good though. Came across 'Racist' again. I spat on my screen when i seen that coming. After taking some bullets i went for the mountain hugging run for a good mile or so. 3 planes followed the low leveling. I came to a good deep ridge and looped out as soon as i dipped into it.. totally surprising and taking out the Tempest in pursuit . Following he was a Zero being shot at by a spitfire i immediately shot the Zero down head on and his pursuer. 3 planes in under 10 seconds in a row. The Zero and the Tempest left the room then. I was well chuffed with myself
