I'm certainly not positive but I would guess Sola took TA's rallying of the troops to prevent two Solas in the top 10 to be an attack on him as a player rather than a good natured (albeit futile) mission. Especially if he's one of those who reads these posts using translation software and the humor is lost in the translations. The last game I played with him was when he was GOGLO (?). We cleared the room and then went h2h for about 10 matches. He was dominating me and was winning consecutive rounds. I think the final tally was 8:2 or so and I was pretty disappointed with myself. Whenever I play another player from here I try to say "Nice" and "GG!" after every round and after a few times of doing that with Sola he would uncharacteristically send out consecutive "Owned" and "Gotcha's" which I thought was odd. I remember earlier that day I posted here about his position after Shern had asked what his current rank was. Maybe he feels I was a part of this possible "attack" on him and was letting me know about it. I certainly hope that wasn't the case. I've noticed that aside from GN, I haven't seen many of the 2ch guys posting here anymore and I wonder if the situation has become an Us vs. Them scenario. I certainly hope that's not the case. This forum is the main reason I love this game so much, the fact that I "know" everyone I'm playing against and that we're all good sports about it. It's like the situation I was in with Mayhem. He was such a skilled and pesky player that seemed to enjoy ambushing me and it was one of the few sources of negativity I had in this game that was eliminated once he joined the forum. I think everyone here would admit that Sola is hands down the best player in this game. It would be a shame to lose him over a simple misunderstanding.

I've lost connection 4 times in the last 25 mins! rebooted the iphone, went from wifi to 3Gs network and back again. what a pisser! ugh! had some GGs...was fun clearing a room with NeLge and then I lost connection. I was flying with vengeance today for being knocked out of the top 10. (no offense MIA). I was slaughtering with purpose today. Haven't played like that in some time. beware
Ran into your [SAB]east today. He's not a total waste of a plane but not all that formidable either. He also ducks out pretty quick when he gets tagged. I think he's doing it to lure in challengers. And GG! Nelge. Haven't seen you in a while.
Well I do hope he knows I was just kidding around with him I sent him a PM a while ago congradulating him on completing his evil plan! I honestly do believe he is one of the best and one of the funnest guys around to play against. I was rather frustrated the other day with the state of the servers in SoG, but never with anybody here. Your right though I do think things could be lost in translation, and there is always a danger in that. Some of the comments were just motivated by pure amazement and awe at his progress! M*I*A's too for that matter! Honestly though I think Sola and I have a pretty solid understanding an mutual respect for one and other We have gotten to know each other though our fun games against one and other for a while now, and knowing him I am sure he feels the same way about most of the people on this fourm Honestly Sola posts the least out of GN Origami and himself, only because he dosen't know any English, and I have always really aprieciated his efforts to communicate with us when he does Great show Sola! Congradulations! As always I look foward to a lot of fun playing against you in the skies buddy! I will be incognito for a while though, so watch your back! Muhahahahah!
It takes a lot of time to read this all with a translator... and then he reads probably in his 2ch forum about SoG too, all in japanese.. and then he should play a little to get the second time in the top10.... and he has kids... so he will be very busy... I don't mind... And GN shows up from time to time and makes a joke.. I don't see a war coming up or something like that. For me, Sola expresses his beeing while he flys....

GN's had quite a few funny jokes here lately! I have been having an absolute blast the last few times I have played against him! He makes me laugh at some of the in game comments he shoots my way sometimes He's killed me a few times just cause I couldn't stop laughing

To your point though, I think prefer playing behind the 8 ball as it were I have been trying to see how fast I can get my kill rate up to lately too. I realize until SGN manages to fix a few things, that's a fun way to keep things interesting for me when I can't find some of you guys and others.
I've been getting the "gotcha" & "owned" from Sola & GN everytime they kill me also. Most of the time I just leave if I see them in a game. It's pointless to stay when a P-38 can out run & out manuver the Z3, or you can bail on the other side of the map and still get shot down before the 3 seconds are up. Pointless to stay, unless you're Chuck Norris.
Yeah I think the Zero is a bit over powered. I lookd up the real plane stats and a P-51 a can out run it easly and are loved P-40s could rip it to shreads. The plane was only very agle and had pretty good fire power.
