I was in my Yak all day yesterday and I thought that might be the case, but I have seen that before and it was only temporary. The MG cannon, no sound bug happens to me all the time, as well as black planes and planes with other plains pait jobs (which is what you saw the other day Austin with your BF) and even planes obtaining superpowers momentarily ( I had a superfast mustang for a short while the other day, it was nice but this is the rarest of bugs) Yes I do think that SGN does not tolerate constructive critisim very well. The good news though is as long as SoG is generating revenue for them, it will be around. I honestly do think they are attempting to work on the bugs, and I can be patient with that, but this server thing they say they have set how they want it. We have expressed to them how this is have some severe negative consequences to the game, and their response seems to be "We know, we just don't care" When companies start doing that to their customers, that's the point at which I find myself getting really pissed off.
I heard of her first time a few days ago. Can't imagine that you can get so skilled without being remarked earlier.. Must be a real talent.
Well, SGN has cultivated an environment in which complaint comes naturally. They really should remove "Social" from their name.
Mabey they heard us. If that turns out to be the case than thanks SGN, sorry for allowing myself to get so upset.... if not I give up, and will just play a lot less and never allow myself to become so invested in any other SGN products ever again.
I thought that was coming... a message has been popping up in the Market for the past few hours stating there is nothing to purchase please try again later (or words to that effect). Looking on the bright side maybe they fixed all the bugs
Did anyone receive the message that says GN-000o is currently the top and want us to suit up to kill more planes? I received that couple of days ago.
If that's the case it sounds like some new product is coming. Let's just pray to whatever God or diety you belive in that's it's not fuel or MG upgrades. EDIT: No planes visible in the market either. I have never seen that before.
Hey guys last night I made room called 'SKILLED'. Guess what happened it was actucly the most competive room I have played in yet. There was only one p-40 the rest were semi good pilots with only other pilot equaling my skill. Man that was fun round. I might do it again to see who comes this time.
Yep there sure are some curious anomolies in SoG I can't get my head around a lot of it but guess it boils down to the weirdly assigned plane star ratings, iffy server status and personal connection speed (mine rarely gets above 50kbps despite my ADSL WiFi connection being a solid 6mbps - figure that out?!). I think as consumers we have a right to air these issues and as they have no support to speak of, this is the only place to do it, in public. I'm sure they don't like it, but thats tough. Afterall its not working as advertised, there are some real issues with stats and well, the instantaneous vanishing room brainwave SGN dreamt up was pure genius... NOT!

So we have time to start a little PR action towards SGN. I try to open a channel for us, to find a reliable person for SGN to discuss several issues: i posted this on SGN blog: "Im a fan of SoG but I have a problem with the way SGN communicates. Im interested in finding a reliable channel to SoG to discuss several issues. Im member of the Sgarrista Air Brigade and have good contacts to the japanese star pilots of 2channel. (one of them discovered a severe bug in the damage calculation of SoG by simply doing some in game experiments.) We were collecting a wish list for the updates, which was never really appreciated and discussed by SGN. The lack of communication is showed when the servers crash. There is no annoncement to find on the Facebook fan page, not before, not while, not after. Why are you on Facebook or twitter, if you dont use it? Just to be there too?"
H2h I had a good game with Mayhem (?) recently ... he really nailed me in the HTH. He would line up, take a few shots then dip down somehow and come up again & I would be down to bail-out stage right away whereas he stayed unscarred. Have to learn what he was doing!
