Servers are down again. This time it's to officially ban Zetor for cheating and Shern for constantly complaining. Who knows, maybe they're actually taking our advice.
Wow! I had quite an amazing experience with Skies of Glory running native on an iPad: As I held the magical iPad in my hands and stared at its gorgeous display, the image on the screen began to melt and blur. It shifted about, becoming softer and softer until it was merely broad fuzzy areas of color... and then the image began to solidify again in my hands. As it became clearer, I saw that it was not the same image I had been staring at, and I began to recognize it. My heart skipped a beat. The image that was forming couldn't be... Could it? To my amazement, as the picture crystalized, I read: "Skies of Glory" - Wow! Man of action that I am, I called up my Zero III and entered a game. The plane, the scenery, the clouds, everything was breathtakingly beautiful! I was downstroying everything in sight. The picture was so large and real that I felt I was in the cockpit myself. People standing around cast wary glances my way as I performed what must have seemed to them some strange dance with the iPad, or perhaps they thought I was having a seizure. But I was flying! It was great! NICE! GG! The people around me, who had begun to whisper to each other while casting glances and gestures my way, faded away and I became one with my plane... And then the fantasy ended. Man, I'd love to have that back.

Hi, Bukki You can upload them to your albums here on Touch Arcade. Then use the picture link that is provided from your album (you'll see it when you view your photo in the album). Copy that link and paste it between the two bracketed things below: Alternatively -- when you are making or editing a post, the little picture icon that you see in the tools for typing will let you paste that address from your album and then it'll add the 's itself. Your albums are located in the link called "User CP" at the top left of each forum page. From that area you can also change your signature and such as well. I hope that helps! -
What has been going on lately the servers are down again it appears. This F*ck head who keeps hacking into the servers needs to get his ass kicked
Are u really having the iPad? The iPad 3G will be rls in US end of April. I want to get the iPad 3G when it arrive to my country which I don't know when.
Nah. They just down the server to increase the difficulty level of the P40 bots that we thought are real life noobs when we play online. So expect more challenges ahead with those P40.
Did SGN say that those were bots? I might have missed something. No, I don't really have an iPad. That was a fantasy.
No I don't think so. I think with the app being visible in the itunes store we just had an influx of new players.
Oh well. I do still like it though as it does make the ipod run smoother when it starts to get bogged down. Who knows what is going on, it's just weird SoG never did this before, and it never crashes in offline mode. This is beyond the realm of my ability to speculate.
I'm just joking. But is it really a coincidence that I mentioned this in facebook and then they shut down their fb and now down the server? Maybe I have really hit the nail on this one.
U can pull down your pants, lower the iPad to your hip level and play the game. Then when u need to put out those GG! Nice! etc in-game message, use your long lightsaber to do the job. TMI!!!!!
Well I could see how that might have pissed them off... but we have all said stuff I am sure pissed somebody off over there. I would assume that they are having some serious issues with there servers as this is the second time in less than a week they been down. It really is weird that their servers ran fine before version 2 and now they have all these issues. I wonder if they upgraded their servers or their servers software or something and now they are running into issues with them. Ya know... what's the point in speculation, it's silly really... the servers are down again, and they have been having all kinds of technical issues and bugs with this game since the update and all we can do is hope they figure it all out sometime sooner rather than later.

Interestingly (or not as the case may be), its not just SoG's server issues thats got SGN scratching their eggheads... @exo_planet fans:we are aware fans are having issues w matchmaking. It's a multiplayer game + there are only so many iPads out there so far. if you are playing EXO-Planet, we are aware there is a bug disconnecting people and we are currently fixing it. I think the term 'fixing it' should be more accurately described as 'changing the entire gameplay experience so that you cannot recognise the once familiar components, in turn ruining a once decent game'. Incidentally SoG still crashes my end (bought SAM too) and this noob gate crashing party is a total disaster, no wonder so many vets are semi-retiring. Sorry to see <?> has all but gone from SoG - I enjoyed our Mossie only battles
