I did check out the thread in FAST and saw some comments between you and FAST. Sounds like one of the reasons I can't join a game is because of my low rank and how the points are determined or something? The high ranking people don't want to play the lower ranked or something to that affect. All the more reason to hope that SGN just leaves the ranking system alone... I play online soccer on the PS3 and similarly capped points (not 0 points or just 1 point) are awarded for beating lower ranked opposition, as I said fair dues... But when you are beating an opponent in a online soccer game an it's the final minutes and they decide to make exit by 'pausing and quiting' or by any other means they are penalised even greater points to discourage that type of bad sportsmanship (in my opinion the lowest type ) ... unlike in F.A.S.T when you just see 'connection lost' followed by a temporarily hanging screen. I know there are differences between infrastructure but maybe you can also address these issues This is one of the core issues that have caused alot of people to Boycott this game - you just need to look at the lack of activity in this thread compared it to SoG to see the contrast - which suprises me as F.A.S.T and SoG are both same genre games from SGN but so different in many ways apart from the nature of the titles.
It's pretty stupid to offer 200 missiles if you buy BoB SoG at the time the SoG servers are down. Probably the tech departement hates the marketing departement. And the public relation departement ignores both of them.:
wow. this really sucks. no word from SGN on FB and nothing here - either ppl are away while this crash has happened (which doesn't seem likely) or something bad has happened. can you imagine if we all start off again at 0 points? wow.
I'm tired of playing FAST... though I did unlock all my planes again, and it's not so bad, just not my favorite. When are the servers going to be up????!!! I guess nobody is at work at SGN today
Yep they are... first frag limit game crashed on me... will try out some different planes to see if there are any changes to them...
Still got wobbly controls, still can only play 'OK' in ocean map, game still crashes when limit reached......did anything change? Hey Zetor, why don't you do some good next time you hack their server and fix all the code errors? Looks like my semi-retired going on to permanently retired status shall stay.
But who will play tag with me now that Capt Fear is also retired and Keebler has decided to go gunning for Hazards spot apparently. Could be something they did to the servers in preparation of an app update. The last time the server went down this long, version 2 followed shortly.

Great, the servers come back on and my son takes his iPod touch to his friend's house for a sleepover! SGN -- you owe me a weekend of flying time! Just throw on about 850 kills and 130 deaths and I'll call it even, except for the lost fun!
