The big point gaps start now though. He needs 210 points to beat Kiran Mann in 20th but then 16,500 points to pass zxzx in 19th. Then, assuming everyone in the Top 100 but Sola stops playing for a few weeks, he stills needs 36,000 to be even with Orion. While it's obviously possible for him to make it into the top 10 twice it would be highly unlikely. Though if he did it would guarantee he has absolutely no life.
What's the Japanese equvalent to Muhahahaha! ? There has to be one, cause that's what Sola's saying right now! Hehe
Based on my assessment that he's doing about 500 kills per day, that's about 2 hours per day for him and yes, he still have life (and can have plenty of s6x...he's the guy who can have lots of s6x and still make it to top 3 twice!). 500 kills per day means he's achieving 3500 points per day. And possibly he can achieve 10,000 points for every 2-3 days. So the huge gap u're mentioning is just a small drain...
I wonder if it'll come down to original Sola being in 10th and new Sola sitting in 11th and the only way to make the top 10 is to kick his original self out.
The funny thing is that according to Sola, the top 10 twice isn't his aim. He's playing because he loves the game and wants to get even better... at least that's what I understood him to say. The thing is though, that when you love playing this game as much as he does, and when you are as good as he is.... well certain things just fall into the realm of the inevitable.

Yeah, that was one of the better games I was in today. I left because I was having difficulty with visibility. It seems like every room has the "fog" effect working today. It's getting annoying.

I haven't bought the 3GS yet but I was trying out on my wife 3GS again to ensure there is clear improvement in the gameplay. I find the visibility very poor as compared to 3G iphone. I can't really see the names against the background. And the background becomes brighter when u boost is very irritating and seems hurting my eyes. Do u guys agree? Shall we request SGN to remove this feature of the boosting graphical effect?

I think today just might be a bad day to test out the 3GS. It's seems I'm always flying through clouds or fog and I've noticed myself straining a lot trying to gauge a player's distance. I've died A LOT today by thinking a player is far away and then get killed because his plane was being blocked by a cloud and by the time I see him it's too late. The boosting graphical effect does create a bright, blurry view from the cockpit and I would guess that's intentional as a way to balance the speed advantage of the Zero3 by decreasing visibility. It would seem unfair to be able to maintain that level of acceleration and still be able to aim and maneuver effectively. I've only ever noticed it with the Zero and to be honest I really like it. It's almost comforting to me because it's all I see whenever I scramble to bail out.
