Just buy it already! If everyone is using it then it boils down to skill at that point anyway. And yes I do feel that it makes most of all the planes I bought (all 25 of them) rather obsolete and takes away from the fun of mastering subtle differnces in the planes. That's why I personally hope they upgrade a few of the planes to compete with it.
You are correct you are not seeing them in the market because you have to unlock them to get them in the BoB. If you want to see them, download the free version and then check the market from there. You could also buy them there and then they will unlock in the BoB. I bought the BoB after having bought everything in SoG, hoping there were new planes exclusive to the BoB. Well now I know that there aren't and I was feeling a bit bummed because of it. But now I hear that there will be more content realsed for the BoB in the near future and so if that turns out to be the case I won't feel so bad for buying something that didn't get me anything new. As far as the bugs, some people are just lucky and don't experince them for some reason. I got the app crashing bug but not the others. I can't seem to fix this no matter what I try and I have the 3g 64 gig iPod, with the fastest processor....
Thanks for all the info! I think I will only buy the Z3 and just try to unlock everything else to find out what the stats are...hopefully I can get good enough to beat all of the dogfight missions to actually find out! By the way, I did get to play with you briefly yesterday, but since you were on my team I didn't have to fight you. You were kicking ass though...and I was finding out that my FW II can't stand up to the Z3s going toe-to-toe. I'd reveal my call sign but I'm a bit worried that would make all the vets in this thread take notice and that would be like painting a target on my chest. But it's pretty easy to figure out who I am if you do come across me online.

Couldn't agree more buddy! I have bought everything SoG has to offer - I'm supporting this app but I find it amazing that some of the obvious bugs haven't been fixed; yet an identical 'paid' version gets released in the meantime (DUH!). Just had a random crash for absolutely no reason and its getting worse. Laggy play is the icing on the proverbial. SoG 1.0 never crashed, not once EVER, what is going on SGN?

I like to fly all sorts even the P-40-I But unless SGN add a feature that enables specific types ONLY (ie Mossie) or selectable team play (choose all same type or whatever) at the Create Room stage it's just going to be one big red mental furball Having said that prior to the Zero III being released everyone was in the Zero II and then the Mustang II so... Keep the Mossie stats as they are but add some rear facing cannons haha

Mmm... Long time ago when Sierra was the first player to reach 10,000 scores, I said I'll stop after passing 10,000.... Then I said I'll stop once I am inside top10... Then I said I'll stop once I touch the colored medals that's not blue... Then I said I'll stop once I touch the gold colored medal... That's about 45,000 points. Then I said I'll stop once I reach 50,000 scores. And I reached it still being no1. Then GN overtook me. Then I said I'll stop once I reach 6 figures digits ie 100,000. Then the update comes with whacky control and I said I'm quiting because of bad control.... Then I said I'll stop once I reach 200,000....

I'm as ticked as the next person wrt crashes etc..., but in terms of them having a new bundled game, the timing most likely isn't their fault - they may have planned this out some time ago, but Apple has alot of legalese and red tape to get releases out. But yes, I don't understand why the bugs aren't being fixed. I have to exit every frag count game or when I reach it, the game crashes to my phone's main screen. As least the kills are being counted in the 'lost connection games'. You are right ver. 1.0 was rock solid. Of course, with progress comes challenges. Hopefully they'll get it fixed. As for the kills not counting or adding on if a pilot switches devices, I'd pay $5 or even $10 for them to manually go in and change the old UDID number to the one from the new device. I can understand if they don't want to manually go in and change everyone's numbers when new devices are being used, but unless they somehow lock your handle name, I can't see how else they could do it except manually. I imagine him sitting outside in the frigid air sitting on a stump while a medicine man looks over his shoulder and, using hand signals behind his back, relays DDF's movements to a group of tribal drummers that beat out a rhythmic code that is funneled into a tin can connected to a piece of string that is carried over 200 miles to a radio tower that transmits his playing onto a Russian 3G network and then 12 minutes later his change in direction is received by my iPod. BTW: It looks like we're adding about 50 pages a week to this thread. Considering only about 20% of new material is Chuck Norris related I'd say that's still pretty good.

yes, but you have to admit that if you meet Sola, Origami or somebody of same skill in a zeroIII, you are lost in a different plane. With same planes it's not equal, but you have a chance.

Where has everyone gone from here? haha, I can't seem to get and decent length of games with good oppenents, maybe it's because I can only go on ocean map, with the exception of a brief encounter with swordfish, GN, Avid Tar, and Bird today, GG!-avid and bird, good to see you guys on here! Join those 'KillNeLge' games if you see them everyone! I do see a lot of Haz in there though under various different alias' though! gg
