I have been in about three car wrecks where my neck was injured. I now get pretty bad tension headaches all the time I think due to a tendon at the base of my skull being out of whack. Sometimes I go to a chiropractor and it does seem to help. However being that you are getting tingling and numbness I would see a doctor first as chiropratics aren't an exact meidcal science. They might refer you to a chiropractor, but chances are you will get refered to a nurologist or something. At any rate that condition sounds fairly serious and seeking out a doctors help is probably way more prudent than trusting a chiropractors advise on it.

It's probably from playing this game so much, looking down all the time. Left side of my neck is tight and sore so I'm guessing it's putting pressure on things that don't need to have it. On a different note, if anyone needs a good laugh, look up "bloopers from the movie Stepbrothers" with Will Ferrel. If you can watch it and not laugh, then you're not human.
