I always checked the firepower of these planes by attacking aircraft carrier in private online DTB everyday. It's always showed Z3 causing the most damage. I find P38 having more punch than the Mossie actually.
Haha. I just know she's someone from TA. Sorry to disappointment u and the rest of u. With my 3G 8GB iPhone my control is still very bad since the update, even in Ocean map though it's the best for control among all the maps. And with my slow Internet speed using my home wifi and 3G that's is causing me to take longer time to down a plane, I'm basically a handicapped player. So I told myself why should I frustrate myself by playing against vets?It will always be an unfair match in my case. But I can still do lots of kills on noobs despite my condition, and I'm enjoying this. So u guys go ahead and take up whatever challenges u love. For me, due to my chronic hardware conditions that cannot be fixed forever, I will stick to noobs killing. U can continue to shoot me if u like, just try to shoot me down before I quit and create new room. Talking about new rooms, I've been creating lots of rooms and they are 2 letters word randomly. I will quit and recreate new room when 1) I reach 10 kills to cash in the score before any lost connection, 2) when there are 8 players and my control is totally wreck up, 3) couple of vets entering the room to compete for my meals. Edit: My kdr since my last user reset has increased to 6.8 when I do what I mentioned above. If I continue this way, u can see my kdr in top10 score keep improving.
Ok... I'll show some mercy next time Maybe when I see the two letters I'll enter in a P-40. I figured out that you were the creator of th two letter room pretty quickly. That's what made it so easy for me to keep finding you...
Thanks for the Mossie advice OK Guys, I really appreciate your two cents about the Mosquito. It seems clear the best way to improve is to spend time with the game (which I do as much as I can but I do have 3 kids and a job!). I know while you guys are fighting for the top 10 spots I will able to sleep happily knowing I have just cracked the top 2,000 ranking (1,730 to be exact)! Oh well, this is better than 18,000 where I was when I first started! Michael
it depends i think.. there is a new version called bttle of britain and there is the battle of britain, a mission pack in the free SoG version... this is not the same thing, because in the new version you get kind of bulndle with skirmish, dogfights and missions...
That's interesting that the 4.5 star planes pack more of a punch than the 5 star ones. It's wierd to me as well that I find the mosquito more manuverable than the p-38.
You know a lot of us here have kids and jobs. I have two kids myself, and capt fear has four. Actually I would say that probably at least half of us if not more have kids and a job. This game kinda apeals to a lot of dads for some reason... I usually play after 11:00pm when everyone is asleep in the house. Point is, is that the skill level will come to you eventually. I dare say though that perhaps the mosquito isn't the best plane to learn on as you do have to have a bit of skill facing a bunch of zero III's. I would suggest learning dogfighting skills I a real dogfighter. Like the zero III (I can't believe I'm saying this) or the mustang II.
I've got 2 kids as well. I'm also a full time student. I got laid off almost 2 years ago and since then I had returned to school to finish my BFA and work on my MA. No job we just live very humbly right now. Some family members gave me a touch a year and half ago and SoG is a great retreat from the grind.

You know I really wish there was a way to see who was in a room before you joined a game. That would be a great asset to the online experience. At least I think it would.

My boys were watching me play and didn't like: " R2-D2 killed C3PO" so they started yelling at me to get R2-D2 so that's why I relentlessly went after you a few times. They loved seeing: " C3PO killed R2-D2" and dude, I have a feeling we ticked off that Hellfire guy - between you and I, he only had 2 more kills until he left oopsy GG Fobos - I thought I had a client come to the door so I left and sure enough, it wasn't him! DOH!
Yeah, wow, that's really close if it's not exact. Do you also have a version with the interior lines and gradients that they have going on in the SoG graphic? I actually don't have any use for them, just interested.
There will be noobs having 1000 deaths with few kills. I wonder what is their ranking. That will be close to the actual number of people who tried this game.
Yes, please show me mercy! But I'm up for any challenge when I'm using my wife's iPhone 3GS. The control is perfect at any maps and 10 players is not an issue. To know if i'm using 3GS, my name will be as follows: - Snowhawk-2 - Shern(3GS) - SHERO(3GS) There won't be SAB tag when I use 3GS meaning I'm up against all the vets and monsters. Edit: My current plan is to reach 200,000 in scores and then trade in my iphone to a new one. I can upgrade anytime now without extra cost.
