Let's see... 1. I bought the game 2. I played 2 singleplayer dogfights 3. I jumped straight to multiplayer in the p40 4. Didn't even know how to bail out for 3 days 5. I have pretty much only played veterans (get bored killing noobs) 6. Started out as a rocket whore 7. At one point I had 1500 more deaths than kills 8. If I was in a room full of vets getting my ass kicked I stayed and learned the hard way. 9. I still look for tough games and still stay if I'm getting beat...unlike most of the top ten 10. If everyone else only played the best players it would be impossible for everyone to have a high kdr. Someone has to lose I have the highest deaths, but at the same time I have sent alot of statpadders running away to keep their numbers up!!!! Not saying they aren't good, just everyone playing numbers, rather than playing the game
::raises hand:: Uh, I, uh... I've padded my stats in easy games. (The newbs benefit for the experience... right? Yes, that's it -- I'm helping them. See? Why, I might even have helped you somewhere along the line!) It's a better game when the rooms are tough, though.
I have enough challenges from work, kids, my wife and my mother in law. I just want to sit down, relax, and shoot at hundreds of easy targets. Seeing their planes explode and tally up my stats do relieve my stress level. I bought this game to relax, not to work.
I am using iPhone 3G. It often happens. The operation of my airplane dulls when there are a lot of people in the room The movement of the screen becomes not smooth at the same time. Then, I am easily killed. This is not a problem of wifi. I think that I stay up because the memory of iPhone 3G is a little. Is there a person who did the same experience as me?
Yeah... I could not work out how to bail out for a week... I did the rocket whore thing... Confession of SoG addict... I have left some games in the last week because I was being fragged too much I am going to repent and be a better pilot and not run away (unless it is Sola or Origami)
I've played Laverde before. he used to be a rocketeer i believe. Shoot down Kashmir guys. and no shern i am none of the new aces. haha looks like i started a new group for people to impose as. i saw a guy named [Myt]Nemesis, Greek god of Righteous Anger.
I'm also iPhone 3G but I don't think there will be difference in game play on different devices. It's all about Wifi. Sometimes when there are lots of people using Internet connection through your service provider, you will be slowed down. The best time to play SoG is during daytime when everyone else are working.
Just who is this SAB Kashmir guy? SAB folks will still shoot him down as long as he does not own up here.
Hi Kuneho What are you using? iPhone or iPhone3G or iPhone3GS or iPod touch or iPodtouch2G or iPodtouch2009 late. If they do not develop by iPhone3GS, I will buy it newly.
Do u plan to sell your 3G and buy new 3GS?? I'm thinking of doing that but that will mean our score will be freezed forever. And eventually we will be out of top10....at least this will happen for me, u're still too far for anyone to overtake u for next 10 years.
New iPhone is a sale schedule in June. It might be not good to buy 3GS now. I am very worried. I may not be Top 10. . ..can the enjoyment of SOG without the stress..
The wifi speed need to be more than 60kbps to have normal online gameplay. Less than that will mean slower firing rate and less accrate aim as the target display is delayed. I've been playing at ~47kbps too.
I've noticed on maps with mountains and when it's raining with lightning, that my games get a little choppy. Then all at once it's like someone hits the turbo button and it goes back to full speed. Are the 3gs phones really faster than 3g? Or are they just trying to get people to upgrade?
LoL! All of you should thank me because there has been 10000 deaths spread out amongst you, for your killing pleasure. LoL!
