SoG - Feedback Campaign Missions All, This is Lance the Producer for Skies! I wanted to get your opinion on the Campaign Missions. (Those that have graciously upgraded) Do you like them? I have to agree with this. The campaign is a bit overpriced. Especially when you consider the prices of the planes. As much as I love the game, it has become one of my favorites, I'm not sure if I want to spend $4.99 on 10 missions. Especially since I'm not sure how much multiplayer will cost after the limited time expires. Besides that, multiplayer is where it's at. Anyway, the game is loads of fun! Lance, Thanks for being so open and available and willing to accept suggestions. Skies of Glory servers are excellent! So easy to get a game going. I understand that you will charge for internet multiplayer at some point (says so in the game), and if it's a reasonable one-time fee I'm more than fine with it. $1.99? $2.99? $3.99? Perhaps one of those. I want to support good stuff, and I like your game and I like your attitude here on the forum. But if it's going to cost per minute or per any time period, and cause me to have to keep paying -- I'm not into it. I'll find something else to do (like get a life, heh). Your servers for SoG are so much better than FAST's servers. I rarely play FAST anymore due to the hassle of joining and hosting games: can't join a game, and if I host it seems no one can join it.. Sweeeeeeet! Lance, the quote below is from a post made by one of the members of Sgarrista Air Brigade in the FAST thread today. It highlights a problem with the way FAST is charging for items that skew the balance/gameplay in favor of those with deeper pockets (throwing real competition out the window), and it is something that I very much hope does not happen in SoG. Tee-em posted about the items that you can now purchase: Things that cost money should make the game more interesting or fun in some way that does not throw the balance off between people who buy the game to play a fair game and those people who can afford to keep pumping nickels and dimes (literally) into the game to gain an advantage that their own skill doesn't merit.

Hi Lance, Interesting that u are in the SGN squadron flying the Zero fighter! Haha. The campaign is nice and not too difficult. But the main attraction of is app is still the online multiplayer. The single player dogfight and skirmishes is excellant. For the campaign, it will be great if complete levels can unlock new planes or new weapons that can be used in online play. I have a few questions that I hope u'll reply: 1) Why the red spitfire has to be in red color? This make it easy to be aimed at. 2) how is the score calculated? 3) where to unlock 18 planes?
The campaign wasn't overly difficult to complete but the later missions were more of a challenge. Trying to take out ships while being shot at from ground and air made the objective more interesting (and flying through flak is never fun.) Makes more interesting when you have to work out what to take out first. (want to hit the ships but flak ruins the bombing run in, want to take out flak but planes keep attacking, want to take out runway but flak ... etc. )
hey lance, how bout putting up a Bell X-5 jet in SoG? it was the jet that first use variable-sweep wings(like the f-14 tomcat). it was built in 1951(not too far from WW2)
lol today i checked the rank and there were two starscraems (#5, #6) and i realized that shern must have changed his name to mine. so i decided to change my name to his. now starscraem has a much better KD ratio and shern is stuck with a lowly 4.25. LOL! nice playing with you yesterday btw.
Thats true. Ok, I payed for the b2 and got lot's of advantage. But it's a plane... If you punish players who want to exercise to improve their skills, you lose your faithful players. You could sell a overall protection in FAST. 5$, no more damages. But who will play this game?

I checked the leaderboards and twolfs name was "(null)" anyone else see that? Well me and west are having a great fight trying to maintain 1st place he's reallllly close well got to go bye.
To all P40 or brown spitfire out there, For goodness sake, please spend couple of dollars to get better planes. It makes tons of difference in the game play and you have been giving us easy life to chalk up high kills from you. Recommend these planes: Corsair, MES.... aka BF109, and red spitfire.
