I think that he was carrying more speed than you AND likely decreasing altitude relative to you, so if you fired, he would have gone into the path of your fire. You were leading him with your crosshairs. That must be why they are red.

Man, someone with a SAB tag was just in a TP room and totally took me behind the woodshed. I had 19 kills and he had 45. I haven't been schooled like that in a while. Whoever that was, GFG. Cripes.
U can't rem his name? He gave u such a deep impression. Yesterday I entered a FFA room with top player at 8 kills and 7-8 players inside. I reached 90 kills while the top player was still at 23 kills. I didn't really stayed in the game throughout, but I exit and re enter after every 30 kills to cash in my scores in case I got lost connection.
It was a name I have not seen before either here or in-game. I should have taken better note, but the kill limit was reached and I was booted to lobby. If the mystery pilot reads this, great game there.

Here's the news highlight: 1) there's some love affairs between no1 and no2. 2) the new kid 'iPhone' has been out of top10, together with Capt Fear. 3) <?> and Dr Death has made the come back to top10. Fierce competition for the last 2 positions among 4 players. 4) Dr Death is Laughing out loud, not sure what has tickled him.

LOL i'm completely j/kg there seriously, I have noticed some planes die when they don't appear, but i'm wondering if it depends on what view you have your screen to? I haven't experimented with it. on a gaming note, I saw 'negativangle', whom i'm thinking is that chameleon Origami. I came into a game as postivangle and it was neat from a geekty mathematician point of view to see positivangle killed negativangle and vice versa. GG out there Orion...I lost connection again..grrrr...and couldn't find the room again. that damned Avid Tar and his rockets!!!!
